Working with Snowy to overcome his fear of having his ears touched to put the reins over his head when putting the bridle on. Before you couldn’t touch them without him tossing his head badly and running you down.

Once they learn they can push it away that’s how they build their confidence up. The same principle includes tractors or bikes out on the road

Update on Orchid - she’s not been an easy horse to start. The first 2 weeks I’ve been working on her rearing behaviour to handle on the ground. But she’s been good to ride and she’s finally improving 🤠

Rebel update of week 3 - He is no longer bucking when I first get on. He’s a lot more relaxed in his body.
Orchid is in with us next to be started. She’s a 4 year old warmblood eventing home bred mare.
