Another lovely review from a Veterinary Nurse: "Emma was unrelenting in her professionalism. From the prompt and thoughtful arrangement of the transport, to the cleanliness and preparedness of the van - everything was taken care of. We would not hesitate to recommend her and will certainly be using her again ourselves!" πŸš‘πŸΎ

β€œEmma, we truly are grateful to you. Your kindness and respect for our Troy made his last journey a dignified one. Thanks so much”.

Lovely words from today’s client. Troy was an 11-year old Great Dane (a very good age for a GD!). He had collapsed at home. I was able to help him out of his home, into the ambulance and transport him to the vet. Fly high Troy 🐾 🌈

It’s so nice when we get an update from the owner following an emergency transfer. Over the weekend I was called out for an emergency transfer of an Irish Setter with a suspected pneumothorax, requiring oxygen. I then get this message a couple of days later:
β€œHi Emma, Just wanted to say thank you once again for your help with Merlin, he’s recovering well so far, they had to remove a small lump off the lung. Will hopefully have him home by the weekend!” πŸ₯°
