It is your responsibility to have read the Condition of Sale prior to purchasing. By purchasing a horse from ‘Fellside Horses’ you will be bound by our terms and conditions.

1 Upon the Seller’s receipt of the Purchase Price (as cleared funds): -
a) The ownership of the Horse shall pass from the Seller to the Purchaser. b) The Seller strongly recommends that the Purchaser adequately insures the Ho

rse (preferably covering third party liability, death, theft, veterinary fees and loss of use) prior to or immediately upon payment. c) Responsibility for any loss, damage or injury whatsoever caused by the Horse shall pass to the Purchaser. d) The Seller will release possession of the Horse to the Buyer or his/her employee/agent together with all original documents. e) The Purchaser (or another person designated by the Purchaser) in coordination with the Seller will arrange for the transportation of the Horse from the Seller’s premises,
(at the Seller’s and the Purchaser’s convenience) at the Purchaser’s expense. f) Where the Horse is not collected immediately upon ownership of the Horse passing from the Seller to the Purchaser,
the Purchaser agrees to indemnify the Seller against all costs incurred in caring for the Horse (livery,veterinary costs etc.) until the horse is collected by the Purchaser or his employee/agent. Any loss, damage or injury howsoever caused by the Horse whilst the Horse is at the Seller’s premises awaiting collection by the Purchaser shall be the Purchaser’s responsibility. g) The Purchaser acknowledges that: - The Seller makes no representation as to the past, current or future health, fitness, performance, ability or material defects which the Purchaser acknowledges have been disclosed by the Seller (e.g. splints/unsafe in traffic/weaves/cribs). h) The Purchaser has inspected the Horse and is satisfied with its health, fitness and ability. i) The Purchaser acknowledges that the Horse is open to veterinary inspection and we strongly advise that all horses are vetted prior to purchase, all veterinary inspections must take place at Fellside Horses. In accepting or declining the opportunity to have the Horse inspected by a vet, the Purchaser waives all rights to bring a claim against the Seller in respect of any matter revealed or which should have been revealed by the vet during that inspection. j) The Horse is purchased for the purposes of showing / dressage / show jumping / eventing /breeding / hacking/ riding club/ general riding / companion / other. k) The Purchaser is satisfied that the Horse is suitable for its intended purpose. l) The Purchaser accepts that horses are unpredictable by nature and that horse riding is a high risk sport. The Seller is unable to predict how any horse will mature or develop in new ownership however the Seller will provide full details of the Horse’s routine and current exercise/feed/tack requirements in order that the Horse has the best opportunity of settling into his new home. A SALES LIVERY IS A HORSE THAT IS NOT THE PROPERTY OF FELLSIDE HORSES. This will be a horse/pony sold on behalf of a client and this will appear on the advert for the horse/pony.The ownership is that of the client not Fellside Horses. The horse/pony must be insured by the owner. If a horse/pony gets injured and requires veterinary treatment the client must pay. After purchase we recommend the client has the horse/pony vetted. If for whatever reason the horse proves to be unsuitable this will not reside with Fellside Horses but must be taken up with the previous owner. However we do try our upmost make sure every horse/pony is suitable for their new owner. Indemnification -the purchaser agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Fellside Horses and its owners. employees and agents against any and all claims, liabilities, damages,losses, costs. expenses arising from or in connection with the purchase, ownership, care, or use of the horse, including but not limited any claims arising from the horses, behaviour, health or suitability for any specific purpose.

The lovely Arrow passed his vetting today, he will be staying with us for a few more weeks before setting off to his new home by the sea! We still have a variety of lovely horses starting at 3️⃣🥕 upwards looking for their new homes so please pm for more info!

- Tarzan 16.2 5yo gelding, Zandor x balou du Rouet, jumping round BN with masses of scope for more. Very flashy type. Good to do in all ways

- Lulu, sweetest 5yo 16hh mare, incredibly easy for a young horse, has jumped few BNs, hacks alone & in company, lovely balanced paces will excel in any sphere and level

- Beau, 17hh 10yo ISH gelding. Been in an all rounder home last 3 years. Make a good hunter type

- Bluey, 12yo 16hh TB gelding. Fun forward ride, can do a nice test, loves to jump & XC. Hacks alone and in company

- OJ, 16.1 5yo gelding, Toulon x Phin Phin, jumping round disco. Very smart and going to be top jumper has plenty of scope.

Fantastic day at Pyecombe, princess Fanta trumped queen Fan by placing 3rd & 5th in the JB arenas championship 🥳👏🏻 it was a very speedy jump off and both jumped their socks off 💗👸🏼

On Thursday they all had a case of four faultitis including Helen’s Max, Donald and Jess and Eddie but such wonderful rounds so very pleased with them all 🥰

True all rounder and real amateurs horse, will jump anything you point him at off any stride. Nice flatwork with changes, been to hunter trials. Plenty of scope. Lingfield Surrey

Absolutely fantastic show for us at the Area 46 show at felbridge this weekend the horses were all super 🤩🐎

On Friday Fanta was 2nd in the 5/6yo handicap and then 4th in a very fast newcomers! 🥈🏅

Donald had his speedy shoes on and won his class Friday and 3rd in the 1.05 Saturday 🥇 🥉

F***y was unlucky to have the last fence in the 1.10 with a super speedy time on Friday but yesterday stormed round the 1.05 to take the win! 🥇

Tarzan jumped a lovely clear round and then super in the novice for a baby pole at the last 👏🏻

Jess and Eddie 2 great rounds looking really confident at newcomer height now which is lovely to see 🥰

Thankyou to all of the wonderful sponsors and organisers of this fantastic show, it’s great fun and we won lots of goodies 😃

Busy few days here at Fellside!

Saturday we had two new handsome arrivals, meet Oxi who’s come to find a new 🏡 & Jeff who’s in for schooling.

Sunday we went to felbridge, Fanta jumped fab clear in the newcomers for 2nd 🥈
Donald was DC in the 1m
F***y was too busy anticipating the turns to remember she needs to pick her legs up! She’s loving being back in the game so much!
Eddie & Jess lovely round in the newcomers too 👏🏻
Helen Bos’ lovely Max jumped two great rounds in the BN & disco too, very pleased with his progress over the past few weeks 😄

Today we dropped by to see the girls Pickles, Bambi & Aurora who are looking fantastic 😍

Successful show at Pyecombe ☀️

Thursday F***y was DC in the 1m but far too slow 🐌 for a prize so Saturday tris let the hand break off and she absolutely stormed round the 1.10 to take the win! 🥇

Fanta jumped two beautiful dcs in the newcomers both days & was 8th on Saturday 🌟

Donald was on form Thursday to place 2nd in the 1.10 🎉

This might not look like much to some, however we are immensely proud of 4yo Pheobe putting together some poles and small jumps which is a huge step in her education 🥰 Thankyou to her wonderful owner Emma for understanding each baby is different and slowly but surely Pheobs will get there 💗

Today the Austin’s lovely OJ set off to the West Country with his new owner after flying through his vetting earlier this week.
Thankyou Andy & Sophie for letting us produce this talented young horse, we look forward to seeing him continue to progress in the showjumping world 🥰

We woke up to some new additions this morning! 5 ducklings appeared in the chicken run! With mum no where to be seen we found them a new home to go to, hopefully they all survive! 🐣🥰

We also took the baby girls to their new summer field. Pickles lived up to her name trying to get her on the lorry but eventually all loaded up and arrived. Lot and lots of lovely grass, Thankyou to Clare Naylor whose going to be looking after them. If anyone else is looking for grass livery there’s still some room left 😃

Super show for us at South of England, very pleased with all of the horses and thanks to our wonderful liveries for coming along to help and support! 😃

F***y has come back with a bang she’s absolutely loving it, 1st place friday & 2nd today in the 1m 🥇🥈

Donald was game both days for 5th Friday in the 1m & 4th today in the 1.10 👏🏻

Fanta was super coming 6th the 1m Friday & fastest time in the newcomers today for an unlucky pole second to last 😃

We went to watch 5yo Tarzan at felbridge this morning at his first official show.

Sasha piloted two beautiful clear rounds, we are super pleased with his progress, he’s showing all the makings of a very talented young horse 👏🏻😍

3 days at Felbridge Show Grounds fantastic big show, I think we managed to have every weather possible too! Wind, rain, cold and at last sun today! 🤣

Fanta jumped super today to come second in the accumulator, she also had great fun in the ride and drive & DC in the 1m 🥈

Donald was on form to jump DC in the 1.10 & super in the accumulator today 👏🏻

The star of the show was F***y, her first show in just over 3.5 years after having two babies, she breezed round the 1m DC just out the placings! She had a smile on her face the whole way and just wanted to go faster! 🤩

Thankyou to the whole team at felbridge for such a wonderful show & for including some different fun classes. Next stop South of England! 😃

What is with this weather! We got drenched twice at felbridge schooling today 🤣☔️

It was team bay rather than chestnut today, we had 5yo Bella who jumped superb! Really don’t know why no one is snapping this gorgeous girly up she has so much talent and scope! 😍

F***y had a spin, her first proper outing in a few years and she loved it! Ready for her show debut this weekend 🤩

4yo Pheobe had her first outing to a ‘party’. Loaded & travelled super, took it all in her stride walking round the jumps and waiting for the others to jump. All ready for next time under saddle! 👏🏻

Not our day at the discovery second rounds, a ridiculously rushed warm up for the second round meant she was flustered and had the first fence & second fences before breezing round.
We let her down, should have been more hot on when she was allowed in not relying on hearing the steward, so frustrating!
However after reading the news this evening about poor Georgie Campbell today, it certainly puts things in perspective and we should be grateful for what we did achieve & not dwell on what could have been. May Georgie rest in peace & sending thoughts and prayers to all of her loved ones at such a difficult time 😔💕

A very soggy day at Hascombe yesterday ☔️

The Austin’s 5yo OJ won his first prize money placing 7th in the discovery 🙌🏻

Fanta was 4th in the newcomers 👏🏻

Unfortunately the striped poles struck again, Donald needed a closer inspection before jumping it again, he certainly is frustrating!🤦‍♀️

Fellside horses currently have a two vacancies for SCHOOLING/SALES/COMPETITION livery. We are a family run yard based in Lingfield, within close proximity to multiple show centres including Felbridge, east byshee & hickstead to name a few. Tristan has competed up to 1.40 nationally, producing his own horses up the grades. As well as this he is a fully qualified and insured Ukcc level 2 BS coach and so training is available on site.
Facilities include:

🌟 60x20 sandschool with full set of jumps
🌟 5 horse walker
🌟lunge pen
🌟 Wash bay and solarium
🌟 transport to local shows and support

We have many happy clients as seen by our reviews on Fellside Horses and a good success rate with selling horses. Our care and training routine is tailored to suit each individual horses needs. Both horses and ponies are welcome as Becky is a lightweight & small rider.

As 2023 draws to a close, it’s hard to cram a whole year into a 1 minute video! We would like to thank all of our friends, family, owners, sponsors & clients past, present & future for their support this year and are looking forward to getting back into the swing of things again next week! 🌟 Looking back 2023 was a relatively quiet year for us in terms of horse power, we waved goodbye to Blueberry & Brodie so were down to just Donald & Fanta, who both had a successful season considering we were without wheels for a few months! Later on in the year Dorito began his showjumping career and is looking to be an exciting prospect joining team chestnut! 🚛 We broke in our 4yos Kermit & Tarzan who are coming along lovely both proving to be very smart prospects, completed a lot of repairs on the yard with new stables, roofing & a walker floor. 🔨 We had the exciting arrival of baby Bambi, Fanny giving us another beautiful filly foal, and more recently her playmate Aurora joined us. 👶🏻 🐎 Unfortunately the year also bought a few personal losses to the family but we have to remember they wouldn’t want us to be sad but instead cherish the wonderful memories we have 💞 Here’s to 2024 being a happy, healthy & successful one 🥂 🍾
