Hi everyone 🐾 someone has left their nice chuck it ball in field, I have collected it and have it safe ( things tend to get destroyed if left) if it's yours just let me know so I can return 🐾🐾

I don't want to moan but please remember that the dog poo bin is for dog poo only.... 🙄

I have to get rid of the contents which isn't the best job in itself, but when I have to also dispose of coffee cups, plastic bottles, nappies and general car rubbish it does make the job even worse as I try to recycle best I can.

Please be mindful of what you put in the bin and if it not dog poo please take it home with you 🐾🐾

Hi, would anyone one here who has dogs be willing to share a few sessions in the off lead field to help socialise our dog. We have a rescue staffie x XL bully. She is 2.5 years old and a big softie (about the size of a Labrador) but being a lockdown dog she has not been socialised. We got her 11 months ago from dogs trust and we have concentrated on her training as she had never been on a lead, no recall and had no manners around people. She is not aggressive just very excitable. We are looking for someone who would be willing just to walk their dog around the field with her to start with and then building up to off lead if they get on. Finally got enough tennis balls for the draw!!!!!

Writing names on them now and will do the ' draw' tonight .....whichever balls Red and Twiglet pick will be the winners!!! 🎉🎉

A massive thank you for everyone's effort in raising money this month for our 2 wonderful charities 🧡🐾

With people's kind donations and the all the money from the field we have raised £764 🎉🎉🤯

I'm absolutely blown away by how lovely you guys all are and thank you all for coming and using the field and supporting this month's charity event 🐾🥰

So on that note I would like to announce that we will be donating £400 to both charities 🧡

(The tennis ball raffle I will do separate as Im still waiting on the tennis balls 🫣☺️)

🐾 We are raising money for 1bike1world in the month of April.🐾

🐾 We are selling tennis balls for £1, which will then have your name written on and put into a bucket.

🐾At the end of the month that bucket of balls will be thrown into the field and whichever balls are collected by my dogs are the winners 🎉🎉

April is here 😊🎉

I have decided to have all the proceeds from the field this month go towards heropawsuk and the all bullie charity rescue 🐾

Then I am going to have have a fund raiser for 1bike1world 😊 so I'm going to do a £1 entry and you get a tennis ball that will have your name written on, then at the end of the month I will put all the balls in a bucket and have my 2 dogs pick the winner and runner up! 🎉

I hope people are feeling lucky and remember everything is going to great causes 🐾😊

P.s. tennis balls will then be left in the field for everyone to play with 🐾😊

I just want to say a big thank you I everyone 🎉 there definitely been less p**p being left 😊💩

Also April being the best month of the year (my birthday month 🤣🎉) I want to do a bit of a competition and donate all proceeds from the field to a chosen charity 😊

🐾 So keep an eye out for the competition details which I will post in a week or so

🐾 Also if anyone has any charity that's close to their heart, please feel free to put them forward.

I support pointer rescue Serbia and always have done and they do some great work 🧡 but I think it would be nice to also support an animal related charity chosen by you guys!! ☺️

🐾 So....I'm thinking of you can comment with your chosen charity and why then people in the group can do like comments and.hopefully we can have a second charity 🥰

Just a few tips on keeping the field clean ☺️🐾 I have spotted a few areas in the field where there seems to be more p**p left. I try to walk round the whole field twice a week and recently when doing that I've been collecting over 20 unpicked poos up....these tend to be at the far end, round the fence line and by the water tap....so here are my tips ☺️

💩 When you see you dog p**ping at other end of the field try to find something as a reference ie number of posts 🐾

💩 At the end of your session walking the fence line to check your dog hasn't ninja pooed without you spotting 🐾

💩 Please try to bring your own poo bags but if you do forget I do try to check poo bags in the field to use 🐾

🐾 I know sometimes you can't always find a p**p but please try be mindful as it takes me a long time to go round picking up everything 🙈

Hey people ☺️ in just a heads up there is no running water in the field at the moment 🙈

It was left running and has created a new feature in the corner 🤦 please bring your own water for awhile until it thaws out 🤞🥶

Just a quick update.....so the hole filling has taken longer than expected 🙈 we have done 2 trailer loads already and there are still holes to fill!

Because of this the other bits haven't been completed yet, but I've decided to try get the improvements done with the field open 🐾

If you do see your dog digging please try to redirect its energy or try to back fill the hole after, this would save me a lot of shoveling in the future ☺️🤞

🪅 please note I will be closing the field for a week commencing 10th October (Monday)

🪅 Unfortunately I think the holes have just got too out of hand, so I am going to close and do a bit of a refrub.

🐾 I will be removing all toys (as they only get destroyed) but hopefully we will be adding some new activities

🐾 Exciting times ahead 🐕🐾

The lane to the field says it will be closed from 21st, I'm not sure yet where it will be closed from or too, there will have to be access somehow (seeing as I live there🙈) but until they arrive I'm not sure how this will be.

This is an opportunity to help friendly dogs meet other friendly dogs in a secure place.

If your dog is friendly and would like to have a play date with other friendly dogs this could be the place 🐾☺️

Please get in touch if anyone would be interested, I would be thinking groups of 5... I would provide refreshments (any covid restrictions apply) and if enough interest I would do party groups for different sized🤔 dogs ☺️🐕🐶

We been busy this morning adding some new features to the field ☺️🐾

The page has been quiet for a bit as we have had a lot on with the imminent arrival of a new family member, but we have a few ideas in the pipe line to have a bit of fun again 🐾😊
