One of the most common reasons for people wanting to give up a dog, is because they didn't get on with an existing dog in the household. 🐕🐕🦺
But, do people really give it enough time? We've seen adverts where people are giving up dogs after only a DAY because they claim the existing dog won't accept the new one🤦.
In our experience, most pet dogs are happy to accept another dog into the household - we do this successfully all the time where carers who have their own dogs, offer home boarding for guest dogs. 🐶
(Note : We NEVER mix dogs from different households unless the carer has a dog, or dogs of their own. In addition, if you prefer a dog-free carer for your dog, we can easily accommodate this.)
