If you desperately want your dogs photo taking and uploading please ask at drop off we will endeavour to do everything we can to get the perfect picture for you.

We are extremely limited on appointments now for the rest of 2024 so please book in asap to avoid disappointment. We also have a Christmas cancellation list, if you’d like your dog groomed in December please phone the salon to be added to the list.

Polite reminder to please book appointments that are suitable for your schedule.

With us being an appointment based business, no shows and last minute cancellations have a huge impact on us. We are getting an increasing amount of no shows and last minute cancellations with people then wanting to rebook asap, while also hosting an extremely long waiting list of new potential clients.

As per our 2024 policies:

- No Shows are chargeable in full before future appointments can go ahead

- Cancellations with 24hrs or less notice are chargeable at 50% of the appointment cost

- Cancellations with 48hrs or less notice may be charged at 25% of the appointment cost of the slot cannot be filled

- Cancellations more than 48hrs before appointments will not be charged

We work hard to offer a wide range of days and times for appointments and continue to send text message reminders to help you stay on track with appointments.

December always fills extremely fast so please book in as early as possible to avoid disappointment 🎄.

Due to the heat today the salon will be closing at 12:30pm for the dogs safety. We have contacted everyone with an appointment this afternoon to reschedule. We will be open from 8am tomorrow as usual.

☀️ It is going to get very warm today, if your dog has an appointment today and you would like to reschedule please phone the salon asap on 01138340889. We will stay open as long as we can keep the salon at a reasonable temperature to keep the dogs safe. If the salon does get too warm we will contact you to reschedule your appointment. Thank you ☀️

🐾 WANTED 🐾

🐶 Cleaner: We are looking for a cleaner once a month to do a deep clean of the salon. Must be insured and available on Mondays while the salon is closed.

🐶 Decorator: The salon is in need of redecorating currently and then every 6 to 12 months ongoing. Must be insured and available Mondays/Tuesdays while the salon is closed.
