To most people, they will see this picture as a dog with an empty bowl. However, this picture is so much more!

Leo started coming to me last year and was one of the most timid dogs I've met, suffering from severe separation anxiety.

We (me and his owner) have worked hard at getting him to understand that he was coming to me for fun and not forever, his owner using the phrase "back soon" when she left him so he knew she was coming back.

He now comes in happily to my house, tail wagging with kisses ready for me. The final hurdle was for him to eat as he was still really nervous about eating here. That major achievement finally came today! That is why this picture is so much more than a dog with an empty bowl. Well done Leo - my little super ⭐️

I love my job so much and the trust that my amazing owners and dogs put in me means the world to me 🥰

P.S had to put a pic of him all snuggled against me 💙

I got my Ozzie back today! 😍

He may only be one of my looked after dogs but as far as me and my family are concerned all the dogs I look after are as much part of our family as they are their own.

We have missed this little ball of fluff so much as he hasn't been able to come to me as he's been very poorly with the sickness bug that is going around dogs at the moment.

I'm so glad he's better, he just needs some meat putting back on his bones, the little skinny minnie!

This is definitely affecting dogs in our area too! Two of my looked after fur babies have been really poorly with it.

Please familiarise yourself with the symptoms and if your pooch isn't well and you're not sure what to do take them to the vets to get them checked over, it's better to be safe.

I didn't even know these were a thing but please check with your groomer what they use to dry your fur babies!

So today was a little different! We went for a walk round Kippax Meadows and then as the kids were on a teacher training day we'd booked to take them to see Santa at Yorkshire Winter Wonderland @ York Designer Outlet.
Albie and one of his mates - Ricco came too. I wanted to get a pic with them with the kids all in their Christmas jumpers but it was chucking it down so got one at home instead ❤

Had a fantastic walk this morning with four of my boys - Albie (of course), Scooby Chew (you have to say his last name as his name is the best), Little Ozzie (gorgeous black ball of fluff) and my newbie, the very handsome Barney (a dalmatian in a cockapoo's body).
To say I love my job is an understatement. Opening my little business is one of the best things I've done and I'm honoured to look after all my lovely owners beautiful fur babies. Thank you for making my job easy and enjoyable ❤
