FAQ’s

Q-What should I bring with my dog for their stay? 🧳

A- Just your dog (please just the dog 😅🙏)
(We have bedding,bowls, and food is inc in the price, however if they are fussy eaters please bring their own and any medication they need)

Q-What time should I drop off/Collect…
A-anytime between 10-12noon if you can let us know a time that would be amazing (more so in busier summer months)
Please ring the number that is on the gate **

Q-I’m nervous I have never left my dog before
A- your dog forgets about you around 0.5seconds after leaving them.. 😍 there’s so much activity within the kennels your a distant memory 😂

Q- Can we view the kennels?
A-To gain a license for kennels/boarding one has to jump thru rings of fire - please be assured we have to be good at what we do to be granted a license- viewings can be arranged with us when we are at our quietest as we have paying guests to attend to- we have a tight routine to ensure everyone is fed, cleaned and entertained. Please see our pics/videos and reviews for assurance.

Q-My dogs vaccinated but hasn’t had Kennel cough, is that ok?
A-Yes kennel cough is not compulsory here but recommended

Q-Will you have to walk my dog with others?
A- We only socialise boarding dogs with eachother if you have asked to keep up with socialising , other than that we take anti social dogs 1-1

Q-When do I need to pay?
A- We try send out payment info the week before your stay however this doesn’t always go to plan.. sometimes it’s the week/day before.. sometimes 3month later 😂

Q-We haven’t seen many pics of our dogs this time..why?
A-We try take as many pics as possibly however this isn’t always possible due to having only two hands/strong pulling dogs/rain/poo bags- the pics are an extra we like to do to show people what we do here but they aren’t guaranteed
