... and just like that it’s goodbye January - Hello February. It’s been a tough start to the year for many, with lots of uncertainty and juggling required - but you did it! We did it!!

Back into the studio on Monday for me, but first some rest and recharge is required.

My word for 2025 is .

For me, flourishing is more than just growing - it's about thriving in every aspect of life. It's about embracing opportunities, and finding joy in the simple things.

This year, the five things I'm embracing are:

🤍 Mindfulness - Slowing down to take in life's beauty, and the joy it brings even when times are hard.

🤍 Nourishment - Providing care and compassion for myself, as well as others.

🤍 Growth - Thriving not just in achievements, but in love and simple everyday glimmers.

🤍 Joy - Finding happiness in the process, not just the outcome.

🤍 Gratitude - Cherishing small moments.

Here's to a year of blooming where I'm planted and discovering gratitude and happiness in the everyday

Well, that’s the first full week back done and dusted.

Like many the year has started with illness and snow days - and this week we’ve sadly had another family funeral.

But, all that said happy to say that this week has finished on a high with the first orders of year going out.

It’s such an amazing feeling, and it’s one I’ll never take for granted.

True happiness lies in appreciating life's small and simple moments - whether it’s receiving a text to check in on you, a snowy walk with the family, or a good book.

decoration for their gorgeous pooches this year.

They’re a part of the family too and remind us to live in the moment, and enjoy the simple pleasures of life.

Our girl is sadly missed this year and still feel lost without her. But, I get great comfort from seeing her name on the tree 🤍
