Throwing it back to Hickstead, where we met with Douglas Duffin and Kelly Connor before they jumped in our Championship Final. Before we got micโd up, we learnt Kelly was actually a customer of ours!
It was a great opportunity to ask Kelly exactly what she thought of the UNIBED products and why she chooses them for her yard.

As the weather *slowly* improves, we couldnโt be more excited to attend the @bsnationalchamps for our third year running!
It is always a great week of top class sport and a fantastic opportunity to meet current and new customers.

We thought it may help to put together a quick HOW TO video that gives the basics of creating a bed but again, everyone does things slightly different.

Our fantastic packaging suppliers also enable us to send any waste we produce but also our customers produce, back to their facilities so it can easily be recycled and make even more UNIBED packaging!
Do you collect from us? Next time you do, bring back your waste UNIBED bags and hand them over to the team to be sent away.
Do our own delivery team deliver to you? Our drivers will now have bags available in their vehicles, for you to pop your waste into when we arrive.
Third party haulier deliver to you? Not to worry! Most supermarkets are now offering soft plastic recycling bins in store, so just take your waste with you when next pop to the shops! ๐คฉ๐พโป๏ธ

A while back we visited our packaging suppliers and we had a lot of feedback from customers mentioning issues with our packaging ๐
So we got straight to it and the manufacturing team at Cromwell Polythene came to see us, see how our machinery works and made some tweaks!
Our blend has been made slightly thicker (not too much as we would have to compromise on the amount of recycled plasticsโป๏ธ) and changes have been made to where the bag is sealed so the bags shouldnโt be busting open.
So, if you give us a week or two to make on a start on the new bags then you should start to see an improvement! ๐คฉ
As always, please please make us aware of any issues you have whether it be with our product or delivery and we will always do what we can to rectify these things ๐คฉ๐พ๐

A while back you may remember we visited the manufacturing facility that makes all of our recyclable packaging. โป๏ธ
Everything from our coloured bags, the hood that protects your pallet and the wrap that goes around it. Every piece of packaging is made from AT LEAST 30% recycled materials and be recycled once again.
You can pass your waste packaging back to our drivers for us to take away or bring it along to our yard when you next collect! We can then send this back to Cromwell Polythene LTD to be reused once again โป๏ธ๐๐ผ
Not local to us? Not a problem, as most supermarkets now offer soft plastic recycling points, so simply take your waste with you when you next do your weekly shop! ๐

Today we visited our packaging suppliers, to see the entire process of how our packaging is made but also how exactly they recycle scrap/waste plastics and turn it into the UNIBED purple and green bags you see!
Our packaging is always made of AT LEAST 30% recycled materials and when you have finished with it, you too can take it along to your local authority (or even your local supermarkets!) who look after recycling for you โป๏ธ
Not only is our green/purple packaging made of recyclables and can be recycled, so are the hoods that go over our pallets and the shrink wrap we use to protect the pallet too!
We will always aim to do whatever we can to ensure our own manufacturing process is causing the least amount of an environmental impact as we can ๐คฉ๐พโป๏ธ๐
