🎉 See You Soon, Archie! 🐾

Young Archie has officially wrapped up his Superior Home Boarding Marathon, staying with us pre-Christmas and into the New Year! 🎄✨

He's come such a long way from his crazy, overpowering days—now he's truly one of the family. 💕 Archie has embraced his daily schedule of play, enrichment, cuddles, plenty of exercise, a few treats (of course!), and getting cozy on the sofa with his comfy blanket—ha ha ha! 🛋️🐶

It's been an absolute joy having him around, and we'll miss his fun-loving energy. Until next time, Archie—see you soon, superstar! 🌟🐕

As we bid farewell to 2024, it’s time to shine a spotlight on our December Best Pack Member Award winner! This prestigious honor celebrates a Pack Member who has brought boundless joy, enthusiasm, and charm to every adventure this month.

Here’s to ending the year on a high note with Castor leading the way! 🐾

"Castor has made incredible progress in under a year in the UK since being rescued from Bosnia. With the love and patience of his new mummy and the Cozy Canines team, he has grown from a shy and nervous pup into a more confident companion who adores a good cuddle.

By taking the time to build trust, we’ve watched Castor blossom, especially during his favourite K9 Expeditions with Finley and the other Pack Members. Seeing him play, make friends, and embrace new adventures has been a joy, reflecting just how far he’s come."

“Grayson has come such a long way, bravely overcoming his shyness and his nerves about being without his folks.

Now, he arrives full of excitement, happily pulling them down the drive to join the fun!

Grayson is a loving, cuddly boy who adores sofa snuggles with his buddy Finley - and when they hear something spooky, he’s always up for a good bark alongside his pal!

On his K9 Expeditions, however, this affectionate boy is all energy! He's a bundle of joy, running back and forth and making the most of every moment outdoors.

Grayson has truly become a cherished member of our pack, and we look forward to seeing his happy face each time he visits.”

Today, we asked our Pack Members who they would vote for in the U.S. election!

And the results are in: 3 out of 4 were unanimous in voting for Kamala! 🎉🐶

From paw shakes to tail wags, it seems our furry friends know exactly who they’d pick to lead the pack. 🐕💙

This week has been all about getting spooky with our wonderful Pack Members, both new and old.

October has seen Gus (the Pug) win this months BEST PACK MEMBERS AWARD. The little fella was chuffed to bits to receive his certificate and rosette.

Also, we published the last edition of the Cozy Canines Chronicle.... of 2024. The newsletter is a must read for our clients and everyone who picks up a copy from various outlets around Leeds.

Hi everyone in Cozy Canines Land.

Wow, another month has flown by. Are you ready to see what we've been up to?

Beau, Stanley, Robin, Archie, Murphy and Holly have spent various days with us on their Superior Home Boarding breaks. Enjoying a full day of fun, games, enrichment, a K9 Expedition and time to rest, before settling down on the sofa for the night.

Kallie, Trudy, Poppy S, Loki, Charlie, Mash, Cookie, Gus, Poppy W, Castor, Ernie, Martha and Grayson couldn't wait to drag their owners down the drive for their Exclusive Daycare sessions and enjoy the same luxury experience the Superior Home Boarding pooches expect.

Milo, Ralph, Bella, Logan, Bailey and Cooper enjoyed a 1.5 hour/1 hour K9 Expedition, allowing them to let off steam, enjoy a few treats, meet their friends for a chase and return home happy and ready to relax for the rest of the day.

Jayne and I had a rare weekend off and planned a date night. We had a great night but were home before 10pm, with Finley asking for a late supper! Rock and roll haa haa haa.

We booked a morning slot in at Mutleys dog field and took some of our more water oriented Pack Members with us. They had a great time in the lake with all the toys. Check it out if you fancy a safe area for well behaved dogs to play.

Ralph and Poppy S arrived for their summer holidays, allowing their folks to relax knowing they we're having a great time in our care.

Murphy (the Cockerpoo) won the Best Pack Members Award for August, well done lad.

We have some time planned off in September for Jayne's birthday, so if we don't get back to you straight away, bare with us.

Hello and happy weekend to everyone in Cozy Canines Land.

I hope you haven't forgot about us ha ha ha!

It's been some time since we updated you.

We've had quite a few months of full on Pack Members, hot weather, healing and more Pack Members.

Jayne is recovering nicely from her shoulder operation. She's still on light duties but back out with us on our K9 Expectations (mainly for support and poo patrol).

As the summer months ramp up our clients have been booking their breaks away.

Holly, Murphy, Charlie and Martha have stayed with us throughout the summer months, allowing their folks to enjoy some much needed "extended" time away. It's been a joy having an extended family and Finley has been a great big brother to them all. By the time some of the dogs were leaving, they thought they had a new forever home ;-)

Of course, we have also been welcoming our regular Exclusive Day Care pooches Kallie, Kali, Bonnie, Loki, Trudy, Martha, Charlie, Archie, Castor, Gus, Bella, Ernie, Poppy W, Poppy S in for a full day of scheduled activities, a nice long K9 Expedition, enrichment, cuddles and even homemade ice cream!

Milo, Bella, Ralph, Rusty, Logan, Bailey and Cooper enjoyed their 1.5 hour and 1 hour K9 Expectations. They have varying degrees of fitness and ages, so some just enjoy a plod around a field (with a ball, treats and plenty of cuddles) while others require more stimulation and activities to satisfy them, allowing them all to return home relaxed and happy.

Superior Home Boarders Stanley, Cookie, Bonnie, Beau, Robin, Grayson and Kallie joined us for their mini breaks. Its always great to see our regular Pack Member drag their folks down the drive to come play with us, for a long as they like.

Last but not least, Kali (the Pointer mix dog) won the Best Pack Members Award for July.

So, you can see why we haven't had time to post so much recently :-) Our Pack Members always come first for taking our time.

It's been a crazy month for us, just for a change! Ha ha ha

Stanley has shown remarkable courage and resilience, overcoming extreme shyness and several medical issues with a heartwarming spirit.

Known for his affectionate nature, Stanley is the quintessential "velcro dog," always by Jayne's side as soon as she enters the room.

His boundless love and energy are evident in his favourite activities, whether it's chasing a ball with unbridled joy or embarking on long K9 Expeditions with his Pack Member friends.

Stanley's journey and unwavering companionship make him truly deserving of this recognition.

Congratulations, Stanley!

As it's July, that means the 22nd Edition of Cozy Canines Chronicle is out and ready for our Clients to read and everyone on our mailing list.

Exciting news just in... We are happy and proud to announce Cozy Canines Services has been chosen for "Pet Boarding Specialists of the Year" in the Yorkshire Prestige Awards 2022. This is the second year in a row our Elite K9 Services has been selected as cream of the crop. Last year we won "Best Doggy Daycare" in Yorkshire. It's amazing to win such a Prestigious award. We love your dogs like our own.

We operate a bit differently here at Cozy Canines Services.

Offering your dog the K9 Experience! Walking in smaller groups (max of 4) at any one time, so we can keep control and have fun with your special pooch. A typical experience would include a short time of releasing some pent up energy, perhaps using balls or other toys. Then they may play "find it" or "hide it" or "faster, slower, stop".

These are just examples of ways to engage with your dog and keep them focused.

Exercising their minds as well as their body. Most dogs enjoy the interaction and learn quickly.

If you need somewhere to leave your dog short or long term rest assured they have luxury accommodation in our home. If you have a fussy eater or a dog that loves to snaffle everything in sight that's why we're here to make sure they get the best care possible and will actually enjoy coming time after time.

We have our own little bundle of joy, Finley the Labrador. He loves to play with other dogs and have a sleep over.

Every dog deserves the best care and attention and that's what they will get.
