📣Notice to all customers📣

We are currently in the process of going paperless. We use a system called CaricaPets to do our bookings. This is an online system that creates an account for each customer and their pets.
This system allows all customers to;
⭐️Keep personal, pet and vet details up to date (including any medications your dog is on at any time)
⭐️Sign our terms and conditions
⭐️Check availability and add bookings for us to approve

🐾To our customers already with access to this system we ask that you please log on and check all yours, your pets and veterinary details are fully up to date and that for any future dates booked in that you have signed the terms and conditions ahead of drop off

🐾To any customers that haven’t got access to their accounts please contact us with your email address so we can get your account activated.

🐾Similarly if you are unsure if you have access then please message us and we can check for you.

If you are struggling with any aspects of the system please contact us and we will be more than happy to help😊

From 1st of February 2025, we are excited to welcome you to 🥁
🐕 WOODHAVENS BARK PARK 🐕
Every Saturday we will be opening our gates to members of the public to enjoy our exercise paddock 🤩
Benefits include
⭐️ Fully enclosed with safe fencing
⭐️A chance for your dog to play with others (your dog must be sociable with other dogs)
⭐️Double gate system ensures no escapees if entering or leaving the paddock during a play session
⭐️The sessions will be overlooked by experienced members of staff
⭐️Great for dogs with less that ideal recall that enjoy a good run 🐕
More details and timings will be released very soon 🤩
We are very excited to get to meet everyone with their dogs 😻

We hope everyone had a fantastic Christmas!🎄

Our boarding dogs all had lots of extra cuddles and treats and all got to wear their santas hats❤️ (not everyone was impressed about the hat🙈)

We have had the pleasure of having Gracie and Sid stay with us the past few days and yesterday they had an extra special blast on the field to celebrate Gracie’s birthday!🎉 She has been coming to board with us for years and we all adore having them both come stay🥰 Gracie got lots of cuddles and some special treats with her breakfast to celebrate❤️
