It provides educational services to disadvantaged young people and adults and offers environmental education to primary school children. It is a working farm with a wide variety of animals, amenity and market gardens and a range of natural habitats. Many of the animals can be

seen from close quarters and fresh farm eggs can be bought in the Farm Shop. There is a small play area for under 12s and the independently-run Barn Coffee Shop is also located on the Farm. In addition to the animals, there are several woodland walks including a longer walk into the Scott Hall Copse at the far end of the Farm.

✨Can you spot the heron?

🌳This heron is often seen on and around the farm standing majestically and still in the river.

🎨If you haven't seen the real heron on the farm, you may have seen our heron mural on the cafe building looking out over the beck!

🐦Make sure to keep an eye out for this beautiful bird next time you visit the farm.
