🪳🪳 Revised Flea Policy 🪳🪳

Please be aware as of today ALL dogs will be checked for fleas on drop off. If fleas are found on your dog, the groom will be cancelled and half the groom price will be expected to be paid. I have been very lenient and polite regarding fleas. I appreciate its part and parcel of having a dog, but I have spoken to a veterinary nurse while collecting my own dogs month flea treatments, she said fleas are rife at the moment. It's your responsibility as a dog owner to ensure your dogs are protected and checked on a regular basis.

Something abit different today. The 1st time I have groomed waffle and done this kind of groom. Going from a teddybear cut 1st picture to a classic poodle cut. She was a absolute star, her owners were really happy with her groom as am I 🥰

Over the last month, 3 of the beautiful dogs I groom have crossed 🌈 Bridge. As much as I love my job this is the hardest part of it. I love every single dog I groom like my own. So please can everyone give there dog a extra cuddle and kiss today because you never know what's round the corner 🥺😢

Just want to wish all my lovely customers Merry Christmas 🥰 My scissors and clippers have been put away till 2024.
I have been well and truly spoilt with presents, tips and lots of Prosecco (you all know me so well 🥂)
Thank you all again for your loyalty and for all the recommendations for others to bring there dogs to me for grooming. I really do appreciate it.
So although the door to my grooming cabin is closed to customer till 2024 I will be working on updating and giving my little space a make over. I hope you all have a fabulous Christmas and a Happy New year 🎉

⛔⛔⛔⛔⛔Polite notice ⛔⛔⛔⛔⛔

The week commencing grooming appointments can everyone please check their dogs daily for fleas. Although I know there has been a outbreak of fleas and how hard it is to get rid of them it has a huge impact on my business. If I get a dog with fleas I have no option but to cancel the rest of the days appointments to deep clean and flea bomb my cabin. Then also treat my own dog and house.
I have no other alternative now but to charge £15.00 for any dog that has fleas.
Should you find fleas on your dog please notify me ASAP so I can cancel your appointment and I will make every effort to get your dog booked in the following week once they are free of fleas.

Mondays transformation. Nellie 100% lives her best life rolling in anything she can, seeking out the muddiest of puddles and finding her ball in all kinds of sticky bud bushes. Hopefully she can stay clean for at least 24 hrs 😂
