Yard supervisor required.
Requirements are
* You will need to be calm and patient with both the horses and the owners and be confident around all types of horses.
* friendly and approachable to horse owners and other members of staff.
* Experience is essential as you will be supervising the rest of the team.
* The ability to motivate other staff members.
* The right applicant will have potential to be yard manager in the future.
* 100% reliable
* Ability to organise staff members for the day to day running of the yard.
* Ability to work on your own and use initiative.
5 day week 8-5 plus 1 Sunday in 4. Jobs include turning out, bringing in, mucking out, fencing and paddock maintenance.
This is a big yard with some amazing liveries, we are just looking for someone to take the pressure off the family who run the whole property. Ability to run a team is a must
