Customer notice:
At present we are running at full capacity therefore we do have around a 3 to 4 week wait for appointments. However, we are experiencing some customers taking appointments and either cancelling with little to no notice, or not showing up for their booking. This is not fair on our customers whom are having to wait for an appointment, nor our staff/business.
So, with this in mind, we are now introducing a cancellation/no show fee. Should you not attend your appointment or cancel with less than 48 hours notice, then we shall be left with no alternative but to apply a charge onto your next visit. A no show fee will be charged at full price and a late cancellation at half price. This is a decision we have not taken lightly, but it is necessary to ensure appointments are open to our customers and to reduce our waiting time. Repeat offenders will be documented and will not be offered priority on future bookings. We hope you can understand the situation and appreciate that we are doing this solely for our customers benefit to ensure we have prompt availability for everyone.
