🐾🖤 We’re excited to confirm that everything will be full price this Black Friday!

Our food is an artisan product hand made with love from the finest ingredients by our passionate team.

We don’t use cheap ingredients, we aren’t a big corporation with huge margins, and we don’t have a warehouse full of stuff we want to offload - so we won’t be taking part in this consumerist nonsense.

It’s also a little insulting to all our beloved regular customers and subscribers if there is an offer one day that doesn’t align with their freezer being empty.

40% off? Oh cheers thanks for that when I paid normal price 2 days ago and have been ordering for years.

Importantly, we’d be undermining our awesome family of stockists which isn’t fair. It’s tough enough out there for small independent retailers.

Yep, we have aver 230 independent pet shops throughout the UK that stock our food, and probably some other nice stuff too.

Rebuilt from the ground up with a whole heap of improvements and a much better user experience. We have listened to your feedback.

Particularly around subscriptions, but everything else is easier, quicker and seamless.

If you’re an existing customer: Your account, order history and subscriptions will move over, all you’ll have to do is enter your existing email to login, and use the code that’s sent to your email. but more about that in due course.
