Our lovely boarder, 5 year old Tilly, came in for her FIRST EVER groom! She was very nervous as it was all new to her but she let me wash, dry and tidy all over and what a difference a tidy makes!! 😍

It massively helped that Tilly and I already have a trusting relationship. She was super brave and let me prove to her that it wasn’t all as bad as she first thought!

🤥 ‘Short haired dogs don’t need grooming’ 🤥

Our handsome boy Haru came in for well needed grooming session as he was shedding a lot of hair. Can you see the difference in colour between the second and third photo?

A warm bath, blast dry and brush not only helps to rid of the loose hair but encourages the shedding and growth of a new healthy coat! 🐶

‼️⬇️ Let’s Get Real ⬇️‼️(please read)

Meet Ralph! Sometimes Ralph leaves the shop looking like the first picture and sometimes like the second picture.
This is because Ralph sadly suffers with SYRINGOMYELIA. This is an extremely painful neurological disorder, also known as ‘neck scratcher’s disease’, for CKCS involves their skull being too small for their brain preventing spinal fluid to be able to flow to the brain.
Therefore, we adapt our grooms to ensure the comfort of Ralph. This sometimes means a “perfect groom” isn’t always possible but we do as much as possible within the comfort reigns of Ralph and this is our biggest win!

Regardless, Ralph always leaves the shop looking extra smart and we love grooming this amazing boy! 💙

Our girl Coco looking super adorable! We’ve grown a great relationship with Coco as she uses all of our services. We could not be more proud of how much she has grown with us!

When we first met Coco she was extremely energetic, nervous and loud! Our first groom and walks were a challenge.

Now, every time we have Coco is a delight! Coco’s owner has also seen the benefits of her change in behaviour at home. Well done team 💪🏼
