What would people like to have included on a dressage day camp?

My next day camp here at Witham Villa Equestrian Centre is on Monday 16th September and I want to have a schedule for the day that will really benefit everyone who attends.

As Gaya had a reaction to her annual vaccination and has needed a few days off, I was very lucky that Izzy (Issey Magic) proved a very capable stand-in for my lesson with Gareth today 😊

Demo this Saturday 1st June….

Join us on Saturday the 1st of June for another Dressage demo with Verity Saul and India Durman-Mills!

We are tailoring the evening towards competition preparation, tactics and top tips! We will discuss warm up strategy and compare skills that a young horse requires to a more advanced combination.

Everyone is welcome! Whether you’re a competitor yourself, an aspiring jockey or simply want to enjoy an evening seeing some of our horses in training.

The evening will run from 6:30pm to 8:30pm here at Witham Villa and you’ll need to bring your own chair.

Working on achieving individual goals and developing horses and riders to the Scales of Training. And to keep the focus and gain marks in competition. A great day in a relaxed atmosphere with encouraging like-minded riders.

Kate rides, trains and competes to Grand Prix level, bringing a wealth of knowledge to help you achieve your dressage goals. Her lessons are very enjoyable and encouraging.

A little trip out to Arena UK with Gaya yesterday for the Medium Freestyle.
Just need to keep working on developing more throughness and better connection now for the higher marks.

Delighted to report that I managed to pass my HGV test yesterday!

A supportive day encouraging progressive training through the Scales of Training to improve the horses way of going and looking at how to improve your dressage scores.
Working on individual goals. Including a Demo session.

Excellent day out at the British Dressage Sports Science Seminar at Hothorpe.
We took Izzy (Issey Magic) to be a demo horse for the horse and rider heart monitoring session and she was such a good girl, beautifully ridden by India.
