Yesterday afternoon one of our Blue and gold Macaws Ozzy got spooked and decided to take flight. we tracked him going towords the railway lines near the Lancaster arms before losing sight of him.
could people in the surrounding area or villages of Desford keep an eye out for him and contact us on 01455 824603 with any info

DAYTIME SANTA EVENTS
For those booked in for our Daytime Santa Slots (11am until 2pm)
Please be aware that your booked time slot is your time to be at the Grotto.
You can arrive anytime from 10am at opening.
Please be aware that our birds will start going in between 2pm and 2:30pm and we will close at 3pm.
IF YOU HAVE A LATER SLOT PLEASE ARRIVE EARLIER TO ENJOY THE BIRDS BEFORE YOU GO TO THE GROTTO.

Please note there is no overlap between the Daytime hours and our evening Winter Wonderland Event.
Tropical Birdland will be closed to the public between 3pm and the start of our Winter Wonderland Event at 4pm.

Important Notice to all Sponsorship Members!
The Deadline for Sponsors to switch over to our new Membership Programme is September 30th.
Please allow enough time for the new Membership to be processed after applying online. It takes roughly 10 days to process.

To switch over to the new system:
1. Sign up to the new Membership and set up the Direct Debit online: https://tropicalbirdland.com/membership/
2. Cancel the Standing Order for the old Sponsorship with your bank
3. You new Membership Card will be sent via post. Old Sponsorship Cards will be invalid after September 30th.
