THE EARLY FISH CATCHES THE WORM! 🪱 🎣 See what we did there? 😉 Don’t worry we won’t give up our day job- we love it too much!!! 🐟 🐟 Anyway… BLIND CAVE TETRA hunting for their breakfast this morning. 😋 These Tetra inhabit such dark waters that they’ve involved to have no eyes, and use vibrations to pick up on food and other fish. This makes them fascinating to watch, and they’ll often “hang” in the water almost waiting to feel what’s happening around them. A generally peaceful, interesting species to keep, they will relish treats such as live and frozen food when you’ll really see their heightened senses in action. We recommend keeping them in groups of at least 6, but these guys would make for a really fascinating species-only tank.
