🌟IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT 🌟

Dear Customers

As you may be aware, I have been away from the office for sometime undergoing cancer treatment. I have now made the decision to sell the business, 50% of which will be owned by my senior groomer Jo Marriott, from Friday 15th March 2024.

I will be working alongside Jo for now, until the other 50% of the business is sold.

You will still be able to contact us both on 07875 725576. Jo’s new number is 07542 011999.

Katie is leaving the company on 28th March, to pursue a different career path.

I am sure you will join me in wishing Jo all the very best on her new exciting adventure with Dial a Dog Wash, and Katie all the best with her new career.

In the meantime, Jo and I will be reorganising appointments and will be in touch.

Well here we are again, what has happened to this year. I do hope it has been a good one for you all.
Firstly, I would like to say thank you for your continued support in keeping the girls busy, without you we would not be here.
Thank you also for your kind words over the last few months, it really does mean a lot, and extremely heart warming ❤️
I would also like to thank Jo and Katie for doing such an excellent job, and working so very hard in my absence. I am sure you will agree they have both been absolute angels.
Today is their last day of grooming your gorgeous Fur Babies, so they can have a much earned rest and be ready for you on their return 2nd Jan 2024.

Today marks 10 years since I first took over Dial a Dog Wash Leicester and Loughborough. There’s been lots of highs and lows, as there is with any business, however we are still here serving our lovely loyal customers. I would like to thank each and every one of you for continuing to use our service, without you we would not be here. I would also like to say a massive thank you to my girls, Jo and Katie who are doing the most excellent job in making sure your gorgeous doggies are well looked after. The past few months have been a bit more challenging than usual, but the girls are doing their best to ensure things continue as normal. So thank you all, and thank you Jo and Katie - Debbie xx

Hello Everyone
Hope you and your gorgeous doggies are all well.
As you are probably aware, I’ve been away from the office for a while. I will now not be returning for sometime, as having to undergo surgery and ongoing treatment.
Our lovely Jo has had the phone and diary for the past few weeks, and will continue to keep indefinitely.
Therefore, may I please ask for you to be patient for replies to messages, as she is grooming throughout the day. Your message will be noted, and she will get back to you as soon as she can.
