I have had the privilege of delivering the Level 4 Award - Work with Parents - Intense Support to Families with Complex Needs (virtually) with practitioners from Northamptonshire. A really creative group, utilising what they could find in their homes to make their interpretation of a practitioner! Very impressive!!

Great feedback too "This was such a useful training; I usually struggle with online learning but it was so interactive I stayed engaged. I learnt so much about different models and different approaches that I was not aware of before! Thank you, Sue - 10/10 🙂"

Day 4 of the delivery of the Level 4 Work with Parents - support for families with complex needs with Family Support Workers from Barnardos Gloucestershire! The importance of setting expectations and chairing a TAF! Loved the role play and learners went away knowing what it feels like to be a parent on the receiving end of intervention! Looking forward to tomorrow!

' I found the 2-day Family Intervention Training refreshing and motivating. Presentations and activities were interesting and kept us all engaged. I especially like some of the tools and also the breakout rooms. It was very insightful listening to the other participants discussing their roles and tips from their experience. I found you a very engaging trainer I have booked to attend the level 4 Work with Parents – Intense Support to Families with Complex Needs accredited course and looking forward to this'
