🌟 Trail Hunt International Team Challenges🌟

2025 brings our brand new Team Challenges, are you ready for the fun?

In February, May, August and November we will be hosting our Team Challenges which will be focusing on either technical aspects of the foundations or progressional aspects of the foundations.

🌟 How can you join in the fun?

You first need to be a registered Member and you need to be working with one of our Qualified Instructors.

Then you need to sign up through our website.

Once you are all signed up and part of a team you will be added to the Facebook group.

Each week in the month your Instructor will guide you through certain exercises working towards the Challenge.

You can upload progress videos and win weekly prizes then we will announce the final winning team at the end of the month.

So contact your Instructor today to check they are taking part in the challenge and let have some fun!

Massive congratulations to Alison Hamilton of Pawsome Trails for passing her Trail Hunt International Grade Test assessor assessment today.

Alison will be assessing to Grade 2.

Becoming a Grade Test Assessor involves completing the relevant Grade Test as the Excellence Variation.

For level two this was a 450metre trail with 4 turns and over multiple surfaces. This trail was run Blind and also without any one following behind.

Fantastic work by Alison & Mac.

🌟 Trail Hunt International - Summer Camp 2025🌟 🌟 Are you ready for a Summer Camp like no other? In 2025 we will be hosting a Summer Camp filled with all things Trail Hunt International!!! What is planned? • Held over 3 days, Friday afternoon to Sunday afternoon. • Friday afternoon: Theory session • Saturday: Lots of Trail Hunt fun at what ever level you are currently working, coaching and achievement tests • Saturday evening: Meal with Q&A and social • Sunday: Games Day! Our camp is open to all Registered Members but numbers will be limited so grab your place as soon as everything is finalised and the booking link is up. Location with be Leicestershire and there are lots of dog friendly accommodation around. Keep an eye in the page and the Register Members group for all booking details.

A little video of Ringo working surface transitions lovely. The trail odour behaves differently on hard surfaces like concrete to soft surfaces like grass so it’s important to teach our dogs about this so they know exactly what is expected of them. #trailhuntinternational #snifferdogtraining #dog
