🎆🐰 How can I help my bunny during firework season? 🐰🎆

It's nearly time for firework season, and it’s not just dogs and cats who can be scared. Here's some tips to help them feel more comfortable during the fireworks:

💥 Provide your bun with extra bedding so that they can cosy down, this could be provided inside of a house or even a cardboard box so that they have a "safe space" to go off to.
💥 If your bun is outside, try covering over your their hutch or pen to minimise the bright flashes and explosions that may startle them.
💥 If you have a house bun, close curtains or blinds and turn on the light to minimise the flashes.
💥 Close windows and doors where possible to muffle the noise, creating background noise by popping the radio or TV on can help this too.
💥 If your bun is part of a bonded pair/group then make sure that they can stay together - strength in numbers!
💥 Pet calming products, I.e. pet remedy can be a useful addition to help soothe your pet. These come in plug-in and spray form and are safe to use on rabbits.
