This space would suit a professional person, looking for a small yard, where the school is often available and is very quiet & private.

Small, friendly, private yard has a rare opportunity. We offer a variety of different services, including clipping, BHSAI instructor on site for schooling and lessons. Can be on site for vets /farriers and much more.

Individual turnout, 24/7 turn out in summer months if required, daily turn out in the winter months, owner on site, 28x40, carpet gallop surfaced, menage,with lights, a variety of jumps/ white boards & mirrors, tack room, bedding & hay on site with secure electric gates. Small amount of parking for a trailer or small lorry.

I’ll be teaching at Parkview Equestrian Centre Thurcaston Leicester on Tuesdays & Fridays 9:30am - 3pm. If you want to book a slot with me, please register and book online at;

I have 3 spaces left on the bronze theory challenge awards ( children’s groups between 7 & 12yrs) 5pm

Also 3 riding spaces available 7pm. (Teenagers & adult group) you must be able to tack up before you lesson using markfields markfields horses.
