Maggie! 🩷

Ok, I know….another Frenchie! I can’t resist them 🥰 This little lady completed her settle session today and she did brilliantly 🙌🏻 Maggie has a sweet and lovely confidence and made herself at home instantly! I let her into my 16 year old sons room who was having a Sunday lie-in and she woke him up with kisses on the face 🤣💋 That was one way to get him up!

You are hilarious Maggie, thank you for being a good girl and for the cuddles and kisses. See you for your sleepover soon ❤️🐾

Peggy! 💕

Welcome to this gorgeous girl, just 11 months old and the newest pup to join our pack. Cute as a button and such a sweet little soul 🩷

Peggy has been out on two walks with me this week and then a home settle session and was brilliant on both 🤩 She settled so well, sniffed her way round the house, got on well with the other dogs, absolutely loves a cuddle and got so excited when my sons came in the house (and quickly wooed them with her cuteness), Looking forward to her trial sleepover next!

Well done Pegs, you did amazingly…and you’re not even one yet! Clever girl 💕🙌🏻

Iggy the Whippet smashing his trial daycare with me this week 🩶

He was a little nervous and apprehensive on his settle session, so we’re easing him in gently and the next step was a full day of daycare. Iggy did brilliantly and by the end of the day he was chilling on the armchair, having cuddles, getting excited when my son came home from school, eating cheese and just generally being very gorgeous and cute 🥰 He got on so well with the other dogs and totally respected my two boys and their space. Iggy is only a year old so he’s doing great ❤️

Every dog is different and they all need to be eased in at their own pace. Iggy you are doing brilliantly for such a young boy 🩶

Dash the Greyhound ⚡️❤️

I have been doing home visits to this beautiful boy for the last few weeks. Dash is an ex-racer and my clients rescued and adopted him and now he lives a wonderful life with his loving new owners.

He was understandably very nervous when he first came home with them and showed signs of separation anxiety so I help out by doing home visits when the family are out for a few hours. As each week passes his confidence at being left grows and it’s wonderful to see.

Dash is the most gorgeous, glorious, gentle and handsome boy. He had me twisted around his little paw in no time at all. We spend the hour I’m with him mostly cuddling on the sofa with lots of tummy rubs!

Whippets!

I don’t think it’s any secret that I love a Whippet! I’m incredibly lucky to walk and look after so many gorgeous Whips ❤️ It’s been a very busy couple of weeks with my skinny sighthound friends passing through the house. Love ‘em all ❤️

These 4 pups have been brilliant today! I’ve never had dogs boarding for Christmas before so to have two guests to stay for the holidays, along with our two, was a brave move….but they’ve been perfect. In amongst all the usual chaos and noise, people coming and going, I couldn’t have asked for 4 better behaved dogs. Here they are getting a little nibble of ham before we sat down for lunch ❤️

Normally today I’d be writing “well that’s a wrap, last day of work, finished for Christmas” etc etc….but not this year, work isn’t stopping, I’ve got 3 dogs boarding with us over Christmas and New Year. Two have already arrived and one is arriving Boxing Day ❤️ Think I’ve got a day off sometime in March maybe 🤔🤣 So a different kind of Christmas this year for us, filled with dogs and lots and lots of lovely walkies 🐶🐾

In the meantime, just to say thank you so much to all my wonderful clients…..I have been truly spoiled this week with so many beautiful gifts, cards and such lovely messages. So grateful to you all ❤️

I couldn’t find a decent photo of me as all the recent ones with dogs I’m covered in mud with wet bedraggled hair. So here’s me in Austria last weekend in the snow for my 10 year wedding anniversary ❤️ 🤣

Happiness is…..a cosy Saturday night indoors, log burner roaring, a chilled glass of Sauvignon Blanc, Netflix on, the Christmas Celebrations tub has been opened, husband has cooked the dinner and I’m surrounded by dogs. My happy place ❤️

It’s the husbands turn to be the most popular in the house! The smell of a gammon slowly cooking in the oven had our two dogs and our three guests drooling all day. Here they are, all 5 of them completely under Anthony’s spell, being treated to freshly carved slices ❤️

Bob, Bobs, Bobbles, Boblet 🩷

Bob is a regular of mine…me and my family love her like she’s one of us, she slots into our family life and we love her dearly. My dogs accept her like she’s part of the family. My Dexter gives up his bed for her! Bob has been staying with us for the last week while her family are on holiday and as always, it’s been an absolute pleasure. She’s such a good girl. We love you Bob 🩷

Me and my little family ❤️ My husband and eldest son are both roadies, travelling the world with various artists. Today my son returned from an European tour and half an hour later my husband left for a 4 week tour in Australia and New Zealand. It makes for an interesting/bonkers life!
Whatever happens, the dogs are spoilt rotten by all of us and they do so well with all the comings and goings!
Meanwhile I surround myself with dogs, dogs and more dogs 🐶🐩🐕🦌🦮🐕‍🦺🐾

Maggie the Sproodle! 💕

Mags has just gone home after staying with us for 4 nights in the half term. Maggie has stayed with me a few times and she’s always such a good girl! My little shadow for 4 days, absolutely loves a cuddle, really loves my son Zac, sleeps downstairs without a peep all night and adores her walks running her little legs off every time. Fizz ⚡️

Gorgeous girl Fizz has just gone home to her owners after a 5 night stay with me. I’ve been walking Fizzy since she was only a few months old but she’s never stayed with me before….and she did brilliantly. I’ve got 3 sofas to choose from and we learnt that Fizz prefers velvet over leather! We also learned that Fizz loves my son Zac and went all silly when he walked in a room 🥰

Good girl Fizz Bomb, thank you for respecting Dexter and Ralph’s space and for being a lovely guest ❤️

Saturday’s with Sadie 💕

As a dog walker, sitter and boarder I generally work 7 days a week! My weekends are just as busy as my weekdays…I love that my clients get to have a worry-free weekend with their precious pups taken care of by moi! 🥰

Sadie came to me for daycare today and she embraced every moment as she always does 💕

Full of fun and feistiness, she loved her walk, tearing around Two Tree in the sunshine, even dipping her toes in the water once she saw the others having a swim! I love watching her follow my Ralph about, it’s incredibly cute. She spent a couple of hours basking in the afternoon sunshine on the sofa with the whippet, living their best lives 💛☀️

Penny 💕

Sweet girl Pen! Penny has just gone home to her family after a 9 day stay with me. Penny has stayed with me a few times before so she slots into our way of life like a pro. I lost count of the number of times she came out on walks with me, she has boundless energy and embraces every walk with such enthusiasm. Loves a cuddle, polite at dinner times, does what she’s told and only rolled in poo once this time!💩🤣 Good girl Pen Pen 🥰

Arthur 💙

Oh Arthur 🥰 I’ve just taken Arthur home after his 8 day stay with us. You were an absolute delight you sweet boy, literally loved having you in the house, you blended in with our bonkers busy household, you were so chilled and you made me/us smile every day. You were totally respectful of Dexter and Ralph’s space and just a bit of a gentleman actually 💙

I’ve got about 14,000 photos of you on my camera roll as you are so photogenic, sorry for sticking a camera in your face at all times and dressing you up in flower garlands 🤣🌼🌸🌺

My gorgeous boy Dexter has been through the wars today. Sunday morning was spent at the emergency vets following the discovery of lots of fresh blood on the kitchen floor and as I’ve got 3 dogs boarding plus my 2, it took a few minutes to work out which one of the 5 was bleeding! It was poor old Dexter and unfortunately an abscess on his backend had burst. We didn’t even know the abscess was there as it was hidden by his fur.

Anyway he’s fine, he’s in pain and not happy about any of us trying to keep the wound clean but hopefully the meds will kick in soon. Big shout out to .southend. They saw us immediately and fantastic service. Off to his normal vets tomorrow for a thorough check over. Dogs…they worry the life out of you! Just grateful he’s ok.

Also big shoutout to the 3 dogs I’ve got boarding (plus Ralphie of course) who were all brilliant in all the chaos this morning. Everyone was calm and it was like they knew Dexter wasn’t well. Thank you pups ❤️

Matching Whippets 🤍

I posted these pics on my story yesterday and various people commented that the whippets blend in beautifully with my bed linen. Obviously I only look after dogs that match my bed linen, it’s not very Instagrammable otherwise is it?! 🤣

Bruno ❤️

We always love having you to stay Bruno! Bruno has gone home to his family after spending 6 days with us. You are a little bundle of loveliness, making my whole family smile. You love cuddles with my boys and playing with all the other dogs. You never ever wake up until I get you up every morning and then you greet me with a big stretch and a kiss. Such a good boy ❤️
