Hi Everyone hope you’re having a lovely Sunday! Sorry to bring this up, but I feel very strongly about it. The last few days in this VERY hot weather!! I’ve seen 5 dogs left in their car, one car with 2 inches of window open!!!! Even if you left open all the windows, it’s still too hot for any animals to be left in cars!! Also lots of dog owners, walking their dogs in the scorching heat. The dogs all had their tounges right out, some dogs were walking really slowly and being pulled along by their owners to hurry up!! I find this very distressing, so please please take this all on board!!
If you want to know how a dog feels in the heat, put 2 fur coats on and walk the pavements in bare feet! Thank you for your time!

Hi everyone Karen from Fab Furry Friends here!
I’ve been quite poorly the last 6 months, and I just want to thank all my wonderful fab furry friends mummy’s and daddy’s, that have supported me through this time. I’ve had cards, flowers, wine, and chocolates, plus other little gifts! I really can’t thank you enough for all your support ! I’ve had to let a lot of you down big time, as I know, some of you had to cancel holidays abroad, which I’m truly sorry and I felt so bad about that!! BUT!!! all of you’ve been so amazing and understanding. You’ve all been kind, caring, sympathetic, and compassionate! Thank you all from the bottom of my heart, and a huge thank you for not giving up on me! Means so much! A HUGE THANK YOU for giving me strength!!!

Good evening everyone. Said goodbye to Kenni yesterday. I’ve known Kenni for a few years now and she’s a darling. We have a fab relationship, Kenni gives me the look and I am merely around to serve!! 🤣😂 Actually we have great fun together and she does love a romp as you can see! But also really enjoys a nap!!! Hi everyone hope you’re all doing ok! Just said goodbye to big boy Boris! The most gentle loving boy, and sometimes quite cheeky ha. Hi all! On a much happier note, I’ve just said goodbye to 2 gorgeous Bichon Frise! It’s the first time they have stayed in “my hotel” 🙄🤣😂 and they did really well! They were so very good, and just the cutest! Really enjoyed their company! Look forward to seeing you again Bear and Barney, and thank you for visiting me! 💙💙

some horrid horrid people are dropping POISON round the parks!! Belfairs was mentioned, apparently it looks a bit like cat litter! Please please be aware of this and keep an eye on your fur baby/baby’s when you walk them!! How these people sleep at night I will never ever know!

Good evening everyone! Hope everyone is ok, life is hard at the moment isn’t it, but you’ve just got to soldier on, and do your best, can’t do anymore than that can we!!
I just wanted to share some good news with you all! Which makes a change doesn’t it! Ha!😂🤣

I had my dog inspection a couple of weeks ago, which is always nerve racking! and I got my new license through today, and I got 5 stars Woo hoo! I’ve got top marks for dog boarding!!!
so pleased I have to say! I love all of my fab furry friends, and it’s so nice, that Southend Council think I’m doing a good job! It’s really put a smile on my face! I shall celebrate with my gorgeous sister when I have time!! but at the moment far too busy with my fur baby friends!🤣😂 wouldn’t want it any other way 👍🥰

Good evening everyone, hope you’re all ok! Well!!! I’ve just said goodbye to one of my first fab furry friends. I knew Nala as a puppy schnoodle and now she’s 4!! Where does the time go! We had such great fun and we’re really firm buddies. Such a good girl and see you again Nala, thank you for coming to see me, loved our time together as always ❤️❤️

Hi everyone isn’t it cold! I do hope you’re managing to keep warm! I’m going to have a moan, which I don’t often do. But I feel it’s necessary!

Just got back from Bleinham Park, walking one of my fur babies, and I saw 2 ladies with at least 6 dogs! 3 on the lead and 3 off!!! The 3 off the lead were a huge distance away from the 2 ladies! I totally get that people who work, need dog walkers, but if one of those dogs ran out into the road, or had a tussle with another dog, they’re would be absolutely zero chance of catching up with those dogs!! Also how can you give your attention to 6 dogs! Also they could easily be snatched, as the dogs were so far away! Awful thought! So for the people that use dog walkers, (again, which I totally understand) please please make sure your dog walkers are safe and can give your dog the 100% attention that it deserves!!!

A HUGE Thank you to everybody, who have trusted me to look after their precious fur babies in 2022!
I love them all so much, and I’ve got a few new fur babies to look after in 2023, so I count myself very very lucky! Thank you so much again for your confidence in me, and see you in the New Year! Here are some of my fur babies, so sorry I can’t show them all, but every fur baby is so very special to me! Happy Christmas!

Only me again from Fab Furry Friends! God evening to you all! Well I’ve just said goodbye to the most gorgeous Labradoodle called Bella! What a beauty! Such a good girl, slept the whole night through (as long as she was on the bed!) 😂🤣 so gentle and loving, never pulled on the lead, even though she’s a lot stronger than me, and just a pleasure to have around! Thanks for coming to stay Bella and hopefully I’ll see you again soon! ❤️

Good evening everyone on this rainy day. Well my friend Kenni has just gone! She’s a cross between a Pointer and a Sharpie. She’s a very big dog but so lovable! Gentle, sensitive and very funny. Good evening everyone! How lovely to see the sun shining today after all that rain! I have to say, my days are always sunny with the beauties I get to look after! So!!! saw the gorgeous Hungarian Wirehaired Vizsla again today, and I’m so happy, as he’s become my latest fab furry friend woo hoo! Also he’s only been chosen to be in “The Scruffy Mutts Calendar!!” He’s the month of March! How proud am I! Well!! I met a new fab furry friend the other week, and today he came round to my home, and we had a couple of hours together, to see if he approved of my home and me!! 😂🤣 He’s gorgeous, he’s a Hungarian Wirehaired Vizsla! He’s a lovable gentle giant! Such a beautiful nature, and I feel we’re gonna become very good friends! Look forward to you’re next visit, and thank you for visiting me! 💙
