The Bully XL breed has recently gained a bit of a reputation, however knowing how to handle any dog, not confusing the good signs with the troublesome, as well as understanding the new legal requirements is key to a happy home ☺️
I had the pleasure of spending 2 visits with this young man this week and together we created a wave of smiling people down every street we passed along 💕

Cutest dogs ever? Not far off right? Was treated to be able to tend to these 3 (+ a very fluffy Pomeranian just out of shot) for 3 days while their owner was away ☺️

New day, new dog! 1st time out with Willow who is young and new to meeting other dogs, so was paired with the positive role model Milo, who only a few months back was himself the newbie, but is now called upon to show how to act responsibility in public ☺️

I recently had the delightful opportunity to look after these awesome creatures while their owner was away.
They were all fabulous, but I think my favourites were the leaf insects that swayed like a leaf in the wind when I opened their enclosure.

Production team needed a dog for their upcoming movie- Enter Animal: Sorted!
Spent the day on set with Milo today. It was -2 and he's only 18 months old, but he was a superstar and acted like a true pro...mostly 😉
I can confirm no animals were harmed in the making of this movie 😁

Cat sitting is a delight. They're all different, like attention in different ways and is hella rewarding when they decide you're alright in their book (even if it is only because you have the wet food pouches)

Working with animals means 'dynamic risk assessments' where I have to continuously assess whether certain situations are safe. This is Kobe as we walked through a field of horses on a public footpath - he's met plenty of horses before, but they were all behind gates and fences! This all went completely fine until about 5 more wanted to say hello too, so when I saw them coming I decided we'd made enough friends for one day 😊

I try to pair animals together that appreciate each others temperament and play style. This is Kobe (standard poodle) and Snoop (Lab x Kelpie) who both very much like to explore and chase, regardless of the depth of the mud!

I've been introducing some younger dogs one on one recently with great results as socialisation is so important, especially when young. Leighton Buzzard has some ideal spots, whether on or off the lead. And I can confirm that 2 large, 10 month old retrievers at one time is plenty!
