Due to the ongoing hot weather, all lessons will be walkouts around the shady hacking tracks where there is a pleasant breeze.

Riders must wear long trousers and riding boots and have their shoulders covered.

Thinking about gaining a BHS qualification? We’d love to welcome you!

Our British Horse Society Stage 1 Care Training Course is the perfect opportunity to develop your confidence and expand your practical horse care knowledge in a supportive, hands-on environment.

Throughout the course, you’ll learn the key skills needed for the BHS Stage 1 Care qualification, including horse handling, grooming, health and wellbeing, stable management, and daily care.

⭐ Please note: This course is designed for those who already have basic horse care and handling skills, so you’ll be ready to get the most from the training.

It is with great disappointment that we share that, as of last Sunday, riding lessons have been temporarily paused as our Riding School Licence has not yet been granted by the local authority.

We want to reassure everyone that this is absolutely not related to the care, or condition of our horses and ponies, or any incident, or the dedication of our staff. We remain incredibly proud of the standards we uphold every day.

The delay relates to administrative requirements within the licensing process, we have been talking with the council to try and resolve the outstanding matter as soon as possible. We really hope to be open again as soon as possible.

We know this news has been upsetting for our riders, families, and supporters, and we share your frustration. Our horses and ponies continue to receive the same excellent care and attention they always have while we work through this process.

Thank you for your continued support, patience, and understanding, as well as the many kind messages we have received over the past few days. They have meant a great deal to our team.

We will keep everyone updated and will let you know the moment we are able to welcome riders back.

This is the cutest Easter activity you could book your child onto. Parents are welcome to walk alongside to make it a family experience. each session will include a short groom followed by an egg hunt on pony-back. Please book through the website and let us know of any allergies before the day.

Due to popular demand we have added another course for Beginners Horse Care.
The 6 week course starts on 14th Feb and on each Saturday from 3.15-4.45. The cost is £120 and each session can also be booked individually for £25 per session.

Horse Care Course for Beginners. Starting Saturday 14th Feb a 6 week course from 1.30pm-3pm. Sessions can be booked individually or as a discounted course. Perfect for anyone who'd like to start from the very basics and learn how to care for a horse. The course can be found underneath Riding Lessons on the booking page on our website. Suitable for all riders age 10+.
