On Sunday the dogs and I went for a walk with Stacey Mustang Draper from Hatfield to Welwyn to see the Christmas lights 🎄❤️
We treated ourselves to a hot chocolate and brownie while the dogs got some sausages then got the dogs photo under the amazing light arch!

The sun was shining on us on Saturday!☀️🙌
Well done to all the groups 👏❤️

The novice groups worked on long memories and marks using the paddocks and blinds on the diagonal to check our straight lines… all did super well 👏
The older puppies worked on obedience around each other and were practicing recalls through the line and finished with teaching the dogs an ‘out’ command to send out to the right 👏
The younger puppies worked on attention and heelwork and sit/stays around each other and finished with free recalls one at a time to simulate real life situations and troubleshoot any problems 👏

The team had a fab couple more days out this week on Thursday and Friday.The whole team out Thursday working their butts...

Well done to all the Saturday groups for braving storm Bert, we were very lucky with the weather and stayed dry most of the day!
All the Novice groups had fun with some cold game, dogs picked from a mixture of partridge in a sock, partridge, pheasants … well done all 👏👏

The older puppies worked on a mixture of obedience around each other, stop whistle and memory retrieves.
The younger puppies worked on heelwork, sit/stays and recall, focus on their handlers and recall through the channel of dogs … well done puppies 👏👏

Last two days out the week.
Millie had a day off in the middle to sleep all day ❤️
Over the four days the dogs did a total of 20 drives, Lara did every single one, Mouse was close behind with 19, Cooper did 16, Millie and Zeta did 12 (Zeta was recovering from an injury at the beginning of the week, thankfully she’s absolutely fine now!) and Ryker joined us on Thursday and did all 5 … what a team 💪❤️👏🥂

Now all relaxing until more fun next week!

Well done to all the Saturday groups… it was a chilly one 🥶

The novice groups were back in the paddocks using the fences and long grass.
We had a mixture of marks, memories and blinds from one paddock to another and then did a bit of walk up to test our steadiness, marking and heelwork… well done all 👏👏

The older puppies got to practise their memory retrieves in a more exciting field and learn the push back command.
The younger puppies worked on getting focus around each other in a very exciting environment.
We worked on heelwork, sit/stays and recalls followed by a meet and greet exercise and finished with some fun retrieves.
Well done to all the young dogs 👏👏
