Generally when you arrive to pick a dog up for a walk they greet you at the door all excited….not George 🤣 we have to have cuddles first before he will even contemplate going for a walk 🥰

Whenever I go to walk George, we have to go through a routine….firstly I have to rub his belly, then stroke his head which is finished off with him giving me a hug. After all this he will then get up and walk to the door for his walk 🤣

Next week we have another Bank Holiday Monday!
We will be closed for the Monday and back to normal on the Tuesday.
Let’s hope we have some more sunny weather for the weekend 😎 and we can all paddle like Cleo 🐾😉

Proud dog
I am so proud of George 🥰
George gets anxious when seeing other dogs and tends to bark and get himself worked up.
He also used to work himself up when I parked up at places to walk him, he would bark and whine loudly and generally wind himself up so much that as soon as I got him out the car he would be on high alert.
After months of working with him , he can now sit in the car calmly and wait patiently to be let out. He still gets a little anxious, but for him to sit like this melts my heart 🥰
Not only that, he is now starting to make friends with other dogs on our walks ☺️
