Just posting an up to date version of our cancellation/ no show policy.
Please understand as a small business when you forget to show up, we can’t then fill your spot as it has a knock on effect the rest of the day for our other customers, that then leaves us with a loss of earnings.
We don’t like doing it, but are strict with this now, and have had customers move on due to this, but this isn’t just a hobby for us it’s our full time jobs also, we thank everyone for their continued support.

A wee intro to Millie:

Millie was born blind and no one really wanted to take her on. I fell in love immediately. She is a shih tzu and despite being blind she gives the best huffy sighs and side eye. Nothing stops her, she storms around like a bad bitch and keeps the other two in line.

She loves food, sleeping, hotel stays and barking at plant pots.
She hates having to wait for dinner, the rain, being woken up (same girl, same).

Massive shout out to Vicki Bell’s Short Bark & Sides for looking after her and making her look so gorgeous. I cannot recommend Vicki enough. She is so loving and kind, especially with dogs with some additional needs. Thanks Vicki 🫶 xx
