Found near the Wok Inn on the Broyle, Ringmer. Unfortunately she has not got a microchip. She seems to be young and looks like she has recently had kittens.

MISSED APPOINTMENTS

We all know that there are times when you have to cancel/change an appointment at short notice but may we politly ask that you call the surgery and let us know, rather than just not turn up.

Each week we have people who dont arrive for appointments including those whose pets are booked in for operations.

Oerations in particular; we can only do so many in a day and when animals dont turn up then this is a wasted operating slot.

If you cant make it we do understand we just ask that you let us know. Thank you

You can now place repeat medication orders on our website any time of day or night no need to wait until we are open. In an emergency please call the surgery as this will be dealt with quicker.

THANK YOU for your patience our new system is now installed and working. Hopefully we haven’t lost anyone yet in the system but if we have we apologise, system is very different for us to our previous one!

The options have changed slightly. When you call you have the following options
Press 1 for small animal
Press 2 for farm.
When pressing 1. Small animal you then have 3 further options
1. Emergencies Only – exactly what it says this is for emergencies only
2. Prescriptions – medication orders
3. General Enquiries & Appointments

A Blue Quaker Parrot has been brought into our Lewes surgery who was found flying around the Lewes area.

There is no form of identification on the bird that we know of, however we believe it likely to be a pet due to his friendly temperament.

🇬🇧 Today is National Veterinary Receptionist Appreciation Day 🇬🇧

A big thank you to our amazing receptionists BillieJo, Emma, Kim, Leah, Lucy, and Mia and all the staff who help on reception at our Lewes, Ringmer and Woodingdean surgeries.

Veterinary reception staff are a key part of the team to help us deliver top care to all of our patients and clients, they are the first person our clients talk to on a day to day basis and in an emergency. At Cliffe the reception team play a major role in the Team, today is their day.
