PLASTIC BAGS 🛑😬

We have made the decision to no longer have plastic carrier bags available

It's not a crass attempt to virtue signal. It just honestly doesn't feel right for us to reorder another batch of thousands of them. Though we always used biodegradable bags. It's still petrochemicals, phthalates, micro plastics etc etc 🐢🐬

Apologies for any inconvenience

We will continue to have paper bags and cardboard boxes available. All of which are recycled and free to you

RESCUE PUPPIES: 6 lovely puppies once again from the Miao Mani animal rescue charity in Greece. Born 11/4/23 and will grow to around 20kg. Loved and looked after from birth. Plus 2 rescue young adults. If you are able to give a dog their forever home, please contact Vaneesa at The Pet Store.

SNOWGLOBES:

apparently snowglobes contain antifreeze which is sweet to taste so pets are attracted to it

we just heard a terrible story from a lady who knocked one over and her dogs started licking up the liquid before she had cleared it up

sadly despite rushing to the vets when she realised, both dogs died

THANK YOU so much to all our lovely customers who have donated so generously for the desperate dogs, cats, horses and small animals of Ukraine.

We are delivering this consignment tonight to our contact in Battle for its forward journey next week.

Sadly, as the situation is ongoing, we are already collecting for the next convoy. Once again, a huge thank you to everybody!
