Daisy and Rupert -
Champion veteran at Wensleydale show 2024! 🫶
The yard took the champion and reserve veteran with Daisy just pipping our lovely livery Lesley and Bonnie to the prize!
Amazing results from students past and present with their own ponies/horses too 😀

This week Daisy and Bucks ventured down to the National horse racing college and did great! They are now able to do some pony racing! 🐎
Bucks loved it!! And he think he looks super proud of himself 🥹

It’s hard to believe there are only 2 weeks left of the summer holidays! 😢

What a fun filled 4 weeks we have had!
Lots of hacking and pony camps and just spending time with our 4 legged besties! In fact the ponies/horses have hardly been in the arena! It’s so lovely for them to spend time away from the arena whilst the weather allows and we are so blessed to have the most amazing countryside around us to explore! So much can be learnt out hacking!!

Oh and painting, lots of painting!! The stables have all had a spruce up (well we are nearly there!!) 🖌️👩‍🎨🎨

We will be returning to our term time lessons when the schools go back, so please get in touch about keeping your regular slot or if you are needing to swap then please let me know in good time so I can try to accomodate!
If you are a new starter and I haven’t been in touch in the next week then please do give me a chase up!

Summer holidays are fast approaching! I will be advertising all our activities in the next few days

Our very popular pony camps - 2 days/ 1 night. We sleep in our clubhouse on our new bunk beds! 🛏️

Pony days.

Half day/full day picnic hacks.

Beginners lessons/regular lessons.

X country schooling.

Pony parties!

We are back open!
We started lessons back yesterday after a wonderful week away with my boys and husband! 💙
The ponies all had a well deserved rest 🫶

Whilst I was away Daisy took our beautiful Rupert to a stars show. He was 2nd in both his in-hand classes, veteran and large breed m and m.
He then WON all 3 of his ridden classes! Such superstars! ⭐️
Rupert is mostly used for hacking (he’s my fave to ride and lead the little ones from who are just getting going) so to have 1 lesson with Debbie Ridout at our last pony camp and then be brought in from his weeks holiday in the field and be bathed and shown was a huge achievement 😀 Daisy is now looking forward to the next one and hopefully gaining enough points to qualify for the stars final.

What a week!
2 pony camps in 4 days with the best groups of crazy horse girls! 🐴
The new addition of bunk beds in the clubhouse went down a treat 😀🛏️
Jumping, dressage with Debbie Ridout, picnic hack, hot tub party, bbq, movie night and popcorn so much more!
The ponies have all gone out on a little holiday now and we will reopen on Wednesday 12th June😀

Wow! What a super Easter holidays! ⭐️

We have had our first 2 pony camps of the year and they were such good fun! I honestly couldn’t ask for a better group of young equestrians to be around!
Our pony camp activities included showjumping/pony games/stable management/pony painting/dressage lessons with the super Debbie Ridout. We spent a morning at Sun Hill Sports Horse Fitness & Rehabilitation Centre using the water treadmill (both ponies and children 🤣) and the Vita floor. The children loved it! Thank you Sophy Scott for making it fun! We also had tea out and movie night 😊

We have had 3 pony fun days. These included pony games/stable management/quiz/pony painting (Misty still has a blue mane 🫢) and Easter egg hunting! It was great to see both new and familiar faces!!

Back to school for many tomorrow and back to our term time lessons.

Sad to hear the estates resident goose, Clarence has passed away!
If you have been on a pony ride with us around the ponds you will no doubt have seen him! He was such a character!! I remember one year we had hidden eggs near the pond and he stood guard and wouldn’t let us near them!
