Our Story
At Staceys Dog Grooming we have a welcoming friendly and fun salon with plenty of room for your doodle dogs to run and play. We put the happiness of your dogs above all else, with Stacey, Corinna and Roisin, our highly qualified and experienced groomers, and Bob the dedicated dog washer. We wish to make your pooch happy throughout their pampering. Check out our pics to see some of our work, then give us a call to book your appointment.
The salon is owned and run by Stacey, who is level 3 diploma qualified in professional dog grooming and styling. After finishing her Diploma the people who ran the course where so impressed they gave her a job in their salon right away and within a few months she was running their new salon in Darwin. After a few more months in this salon her employer saw Staceys great skills and strong work ethic and hired her to become a tutor in their grooming academy.
Although Stacey loved to teach dog grooming she found the time to be right to leave and start her own dog grooming salon. This happened in October of 2016. Stacey has created a state of the art salon that can cater to all breeds of dogs. The aim is to provide a calming and relaxing environment for your dogs to be groomed in. Most dogs are left to roam around the salon after their groom, with beds and toys a plenty and a Dog Shop on offer should you need any doggy items, what more can a loving dog owner ask for!
In June of 2017 is when Staceys partner Bob joined the team as general dogs body, helping with the marketing and website as well as washing the dogs. With the great work Stacey has been doing the business has now grown so much that there is now 3 full time groomers and we are open 6 days a week! (Tues - Sun).
