What a year! 🦄
I logged on here yesterday and realised it had been a year since I had posted anything. I find it so difficult to keep my social media up to date with how busy I am!
It’s been a busy year coaching , competing and exercising horses!
I have a few spaces to take on clients for ether of the above if anyone needs any help 😀
I will try and be a little better on here 🤣

Back in July! What a amazing day at the .connemara.pony.society dressage championships! Joey only went and won BOTH the open prelim and open novice championship classes 😍😍 he won with 74% and 73%~ also gaining the highest score of the day winning the shiptonsea trophy too 🥇🔥 we won so many amazing prizes too 😃🥇 he was on fire - couldn’t of asked any more from him today! Thank you .connemara.pony.society for a fabulous day

Back from Febuary! WE HAVE JUST WON AND QUALIFIED !! 😃 Just got home after a long drive out competing at the BD combined training qualifier! We did the prelim and scored 73.8% which put him into the lead and then he went onto jump a super clear round which put him into the lead with a clear 10 point lead in a large class of competitors ! 😀 so so proud of him - roll on the championships 🥰 .connemara.pony.society

Time is flying!
I’ve been super busy so not had a chance to update social media as much as I would have liked!
I’ve been busy competing, riding, training and teaching ! 🦄
End of October we took joey to compete at the Bd associative championships where he came a amazing 2nd in his section!
The last month he’s been going out doing some showjumping now he’s got his new jumping saddle! Lots of exciting things planned with him!
I’ve also been super busy training finn who’s with me for some schooling. He’s coming on leaps and bounds in the last 8 weeks- excited to get him out competing soon!
Teaching lots of new and existing clients who are all doing super well on their own little journeys - you all make me so proud 🥰🦄
Then I’ve also been training and gaining experience dressage judging - I am now 75% through my portfolio before I go forwards for my exam to become listed! 😃

Brilliant morning yesterday out competing joey at his Bd competition 😊
Won his class with over 71%, perfect practise for his Bd championships in a few weeks time.
Still soo much more to come from him and areas for improvement.
Very excited about his future!
Managed to dodge the rain and then a evening full of teaching afterwards !

Lunging the lovely horse ruby for her owner over some fences for her. Ruby can be a little tricky on the lunge so I’m teaching the horse to be a little easier on the lunge to make it easier for her owner !

Our highest scorer of the day goes to Chloe Davis riding Ballinaguilkey Joey Go! They finished on a fabulous 76.11% in the Novice Freestyle to music! Well done Chloe, a beautiful test 🥳

Super morning with my own joey doing some BD novice music test! He won with his highest score to date with 76.1% . Super chuffed with his work today, still so much to come for this young horse! Super excited to his future !

Well done to everyone selected for the BD Home Internationals! With it been in Devon it was a little far for Joey to travel so hoping next year will be a little closer to home! Throwback to a couple of years ago competing at our first home international with my own mare which i training through the levels. She was a superstar 🥇🦄 such a fabulous experience to get Selected! ☺️😀

So excited to be on the British Dressage Judge Education System. After becoming a trainee judge back in 2017 it’s now time to become a listed affiliated judge 😃
As I’m training through this course I am qualified to judge at unaffiliated dressage competitions then once qualified can judge at affiliated competitions!
I’m hoping this will help me when I’m coaching my riders , especially riders that come to me for help with test riding and also to help with my own dressage riding! It’s nice to give something back to British Dressage aswell!

Little throwback to winning at the nationals at the British university championships! 🥇I won individual and team win too 🥇 Bucs is such a good opportunity and such a experience having 5 minutes to warm a horse up then ride a dressage test and then another 5 minutes to warm another horse up and jump around a 1.15m course!
