This evening’s sunset was absolute magic ! ✨We shared it with Amy and her daughter Anna from California – and honestly, the golden ball sinking over the horizon was just perfect.

That quiet connection with nature all around us felt so special, humbling even, and reminded us how lucky we are to call this place home. 💛

Thank you both for being part of it – moments like this really do stay with you.

Wow !! Worth waking up for !!

Tomorrow, the sky will put on a show you won’t want to miss. ✨

In the early hours of August 11 and 12, just before sunrise, look toward the eastern horizon. Venus and Jupiter — the two brightest planets will appear so close together that they’ll seem like twin beacons, glowing side-by-side in the dawn light. No telescope is needed, only a clear, dark view and a little patience for your eyes to adjust.

Then, as if the heavens planned an encore, the Perseid meteor shower will reach its peak the night of August 12 into the early morning of August 13. Even with a bright Moon, the most brilliant meteors will cut through the glow, streaking the sky in flashes of light.

✨A magical day, A Father–Daughter Adventure, Memories to last a lifetime ✨

We had the absolute pleasure of welcoming a Dad Greg & his wee princess all the way from Chicago to explore our breathtaking North Coast of Ireland. 🐎🌊

From horse riding on the farm and galloping along the golden sands of Benone & Downhill Beach… to farming adventures in our vintage Land Rover, watching a sheepdog display, and uncovering hidden nooks & crannies along the way.

They even scoped out a few local golf courses for future visits 🤣⛳, indulged in handmade chocolates, and enjoyed a “pitnic” prepared by a Michelin-star chef right here at the farmhouse.

A magical day filled with laughter, adventure, and memories to last a lifetime. 💛
