🐾Hi folks, Drumagore Dog Training is now closed. I'd like to thank you for supporting me so well over the years.
🐾In other news, We lost our Big Stella between Christmas and New Year, she had fought a good fight but sadly couldn't go on any longer.
🐾As always... Enjoy your dogs folks. Take the long walks through the fields. Play with the squeaky toy (and there's no harm in a wee dog biscuit 😂😂).

🐾Pups today had a very busy class with lots of fun and info. Also nabbed pics of some of our last Foundation class. These guys were trying some off-lead heel work today and they did absolutely fantastic. Their focus and engagement is incredible, vital for good off-lead work. A great class to end the day with. Well done!!

🐾Lots of fun and learning in today's Puppy Socialisation and Lifeskills Class. Pups are progressing well and growing in confidence. Learning to interact and also learning to focus on their owners.

🐾Today was a great day for dog training 😂 that fine mizzle that hangs around all day. In this part of the world we unfortunately experience an awful lot of less than perfect weather conditions ☔☔☔, so it's really important to have dogs (and humans 😂) that can function in less than perfect conditions. Well done today to all dogs and handlers 🙌🙌
🐾Wee pups were in the barn, loving life and learning new skills as handlers were learning about preventing aggression.

But unfortunately the camera person got sidetracked in the first Foundation and the Bronze by all the lovely dogs 😍😍😂 looking forward to seeing you all back next week!

🐾🏆🐶🎓🎉Well done to our Saturday Foundation & Bronze Graduates. Super results!
🐾Delighted to see so many dogs (and humans) growing in confidence and getting steadily better each week. Dogs are working in close proximity to other dogs, rabbit smells and sometimes we even have friendly neighbourhood cows 😁. Dogs are learning to take in their environment and still focus on their handlers.

🐾Great weekends training, well done folks!
🐾Real improvements are evident in the dogs and for every dog that improves, there's an owner (and a family) investing time in training. Improvements can't happen without that training and consistency. We always promise our clients 100%, if you give us the same, the sky is the limit! 🚀

🐾We practice what we preach here. There's nothing better for enrichment and engagement than a good game of hide and seek. New toy bought yesterday (not sure who for...) Robert is slightly squashed but otherwise unharmed 😂🐶🐶🐶

🐾Understanding your dog better is something we teach in ALL our classes.
🐾The subtle signs that your dog isn't comfortable should be understood and respected by ALL.
🐾It's up to parents to ensure their children respect the dog. It DOES matter. Don't wait for your dog to growl or bite.

🐾What a difference a day makes! Yesterday was wet gear and wellies ☔🌧️. today was all about the sunglasses and factor 15 😎🌞😂
🐾Both days had 1 thing in common... Excellent dogs & handlers.
🐾We started and ended the day with Puppy Socialisation & Lifeskills. All pups are under 20 weeks and are busy learning vital skills to become lifelong family members.
🐾Sandwiched in the middle we had 2 Foundation classes. For any age, this begins more formal training with a dollop of behaviour help for trying adolescents, rescues etc.
🐾All classes are full of info and we always have a giggle

🐾Today was magic folks! Well done! We thoroughly enjoyed it. 👏👏
🐾We hit the ground running, weather or no weather and made an excellent start in all classes. We are lucky enough to have a few different training areas on site, so Puppy Socialisation was in the Drumagore suite, one of the Foundation classes trained in the 'Nest' upstairs and the others were 'lucky' that it faired up enough to train outside 🤣🤣
🐾We always prefer to train outside if we can, it builds character 🤣🤣.

🐾We're taking bookings for 15th/16th October. Sat Puppy class is already full.

🐾Stella enjoyed her Puppachino in the comfortable air-conditioned surroundings of Cafe Piazza. It was all happening in the square today. Stella was very curious about the stilt walkers and she was a wee bit disappointed that she didn't get her face painted or a balloon hat but she enjoyed the music and the bustle of people. She was far more interested in the people eating paninis than looking at the camera 📸🤣
