Whether you currently buy pet insurance or not, we would like to invite you to participate in our upcoming focus groups with Pet Proactive, where you’ll have the opportunity to share your thoughts, experiences and insights regarding pet insurance over brunch with us. Your feedback will play a crucial role in helping us understand the evolving needs of pet owners like yourself and in shaping the future of pet insurance.



Here are the details of the focus group sessions:

Dates: Saturday 16th March and Sunday 17th March between 9am and noon
Duration: 60-70 minutes

Meet Bear, an adorable husky puppy 🐶😍

Bear started to feel under the weather and his worried mum brought him in for emergency treatment 🤕🚑. When it came to paying the bill, all his mum had to do was speak to reception and pay her £100 excess. Pet Proactive settled the bill directly with us so Bear’s mum could focus on Bear 😊

⭐Lab Technician job availability at Market Rasen⭐

We have a position available for a Biomed graduate in our veterinary laboratory

Duties involve over seeing the day to day running of the laboratory.

Some teaching will be involved with trainee veterinary nurses so we are looking for a person with good attention to detail and a team player, must be able to work in a timely manner in order for the quickest results for our clients.

Monday - Friday, 10am - 6pm. Salary will be agreed upon interview.

30hrs per week. Shift pattern to work 8am-2pm Monday - Friday (and available to cover Nettleham and Newark Road Practices for sickness and holiday cover)

• Our reception team are required to work cohesively together, ensuring clear and concise communication between clients, clinical staff and branch surgeries is achieved ensuring that our clients and patients receive the highest quality service and care possible.
• The list of duties our receptionists perform regularly include:
• Answering phone calls promptly
• Booking routine and emergency appointments

• Taking messages and communicating them to the wider team
• Organising diaries via our state-of-the-art veterinary software

Our donor criteria
For your dog to be a blood donor, they must meet certain criteria. Your dog’s welfare is always our priority and so for them to become a lifesaver, they must be:
• Fit and healthy
• Between one and eight years old
• Weigh more than 25kg
• Have a good temperament
• Have never travelled outside of the UK and Ireland
• Vaccinated
• Not on any medication
Any pet that gives blood will receive their annual vaccination free and a free bag of dog food to suit your dogs diet.
If your interested or have any questions then please call us and we will arrange a Free of charge health check and to have your pet blood typed, you will not be asked to donate unless we have a pet in need that matched your pets type. Please save a life today!
