I am currently fully booked until the start of Oct with scattered appointments in Oct and Nov, DECEMBER IS FULLY BOOKED.

I am highly recommended anyone who hasn't pre-booked their dogs appointments to try book in for the rest of the year now to avoid disappointment. 🌾🌾🌾🌾 BUSY FARM IN HARVEST 🌾🌾🌾🌾

to all my clients, the farm is currently very busy with harvest, there are a lot of tractors with trailers, combines and balers on the farm.
Please be patient if the road is blocked for a minute or so, please give way to the tractors if they are coming, they will wait for you if you are coming down the track but please do wait for them if they are already coming down when you turn on the track or at the corner, it's much easier for you to reverse to a passing place than a tractor and trailer.
I absolutely love seeing the combines work and remember this is a working farm so farm traffic is likely at this time of year.

Good morning, sadly having to post this again, seems to be a sudden influx on these over the past few months.
Please note everyone has agreed to my salons terms & conditions when you registered your own dog on the system. If you didn't read the T&C's and just ticked the e-sign box you've agreed to them in a contract.

Late cancellations - I have a 48hrs cancellation policy. That means if your appointment is at 10am on a Wednesday, you need to cancel your appointment before 10am on Monday. If you cancel on the Monday after 10am this is not 48hrs and the system is set up to my T&C's so there will be a 50% charge when I cancel the appointment, this charge is sent automatically in a payment link.
If you cancel the day of the appointment or don't turn up, this is 100% charge of your grooming appointment, again a link is sent once marked on the system.
I cannot afford to lose my income as I'm sure you can't and wouldn't like your wages docked for no fault of your own.
I am more than happy to send full T&C's to anyone via email so you have a copy of what you have agreed too when registering, everyone registers their own dogs for this reason.
There is a 3 working day window to clear the fee to be able to book another appointment or if you have any further appointments booked in, if the fee isn't cleared all future appointments will be cleared and reopen to the public to book on the online booking system.

I hate posting things like this but I have to protect my own wages for living on.

I'm so sorry for the grumpy post but I've had quite a lot of late cancellations and no shows over the past few months and it's never been an issue really.

Everyone who has agreed to the text or email reminders will get a reminder 3 days before your appointment so you have a full day to cancel if needed. You need to have approved this service when registering your dog due to data protection, the system needs your permission, if you haven't given permission I cannot be held responsible for you if you've forgotten your dogs appointment.

Stacey is located at Rudies Roots on Scothern road and stocks some AMAZING natural treats which you all know I LOVE and recommend as we love natural at The Pawfect Finish! She also stocks, raw dog food (bulmers) a variety of dog items, cat food and toys and small animal things. She can also order in horse foods or anything not in the shop.

Please go and give Stacey and her gorgeous dog Sadie a visit and spoil your pets!

❌🐩❌🐩 SALON CLOSURE FOR LINCOLNSHIRE SHOW 🐩❌🐩❌

The Lincolnshire show is on this month, 19th & 20th June.
The salon will be closed for both these days due to high volume of traffic and road closures around the farm.

Sadly I've had a number of no shows over the past week which I never usually have at all
No shows are charged 100% of the grooming fee, this is all stated in the T&C's everyone e-signed when registering your own dog on my system. I will always waiver one late cancellation per client under 48hrs notice (if you cancel 47hrs before your appt this is marked as a late cancellation ) but I don't waiver missed appointments at all. Everyone receives a reminder text 3 days before your appointment if you have given consent when registering, this isn't my responsibility to remind you of your dogs appointments, this is an option that you have to give consent to due to data protection laws.
All late cancellations and no shows are automatically logged on the booking system so I can see how many are on there.
I'm sure everyone wouldn't like monthly wages docked £200 for absolutely no fault of your own.
I'm so sorry for a rather grumpy post it's not like me at all
