e, page and any other marketing materials, your personal details however will never be shared. Pricing: The price given to you when booking is the price for the breed in normal condition with a knot free coat, this may increase or decrease depending on the individual dog and you will be made aware before grooming commences. De-matting and shave offs: In the event that your dog arrives matted extra charges will occur for de-matting in order to prepare the coat for the groom which must be knot free. This charge will be £5-£20 due to the extra time and products required. If your dog is severely matted or becomes aggressive or visibly uncomfortable during de-matting a shave off will be recommended and your consent will be granted before this is performed. There will be a dramatic change to the appearance of your dog after a shave off. The owner agrees that Charlotte Heaton T/A Room to Groom will not be held liable for any after-grooming effects of matt clipping procedures or problems "uncovered" by clipping off a badly matted, neglected coat. This could include, but is not limited to the following: itchiness, skin redness, irritations or abrasions. No dog will be subjected to stress or discomfort and all dogs will be groomed in accordance with The Animal Welfare Act 2007. I photograph every case of severe matting to the coat with every dog that comes into the salon for grooming and also save a sample of fur. Dangerous Dogs: The owner (or other responsible person) agrees to inform Room to Groom prior to grooming if the dog has bitten or has aggressive tendencies. Room to Groom reserves the right to muzzle your dog or ask you to muzzle your own dog or to refuse to groom it if it represents a danger to myself. Normal Condition: It is assumed that you will bring your dog into the salon in Normal Condition. That is; that you groom your dog at home and comb right down to the skin regularly between appointments, and that it you will present your dog at the salon in an unmatted and dry state. Any condition other than "Normal" will most probably take me longer to deal with and will therefore incur additional charges. (Please see de-matting and shave offs). I am always happy to give free advice to help you keep your dog in a normal condition in between grooms. Cancelling your appointment: Room to Groom require a £10 deposit for new customers . This is non refundable and taken off the groom fee on the day. This is only required for the first appointment. I ask you give at least 48 hours notice If you would like to change or cancel your appointment or risk loosing deposit or access to future appointments without paying a deposit. Bladders and Bowels: Please ensure your dog has had an adequate chance to relieve itself before you come to the salon. Please pick up your dogs mess and hand it to me with your dog on arrival and I will happily dispose of it on your behalf. If your dog defacates or urinates during the grooming process and requires a second bath you will be charged appropriately. Payment: Room to Groom currently accept cash only as payment. Payment must be made when collecting your dog after the groom. Daycare: Unfortunately I do not have the facilities to babysit your dog beyond the grooming time therefore unless arranged before the appointment there will be a £1.50 charge per 15 minutes for late pick up.

Pampering your dogs since 2013

Welcome to Room to Groom Lincoln. I operate a one to one personal dog grooming service from my summerhouse in Uphill Lincoln. I have completed my C&G Level 2 qualification, canine first aid, and have attended a number of seminars and even competed at The Grooming Show 2017. I also hold 2 awards for Animology’s Groomer of the Month. I enjoy grooming all different breeds and size of dog, weather the dog is having a breed standard trim or a teddy bear style - I particularly enjoy grooming Shih Tzus & Poodles, bathing bull breeds & hand stripping terriers. My appointments are never rushed and I ensure each dog is comfortable, happy and safe throughout. I have lots of examples of my work on my page, I offer puppy pampers to full grooms and in-between baths!
