With it being the summer holidays we unfortunately find ourselves having more people not showing up or cancelling last minute. We would like to remind you to check that you are correctly rebooking. If you’re unable to attend your lesson, we do require 48h notice!! This ensures we can evenly sort the horses out and avoids extra work load of unnecessarily preparing horses for lessons. Anyone repeatedly failing to comply with our cancellation policy will be required to pay 50% of the missed lessons before rebooking.
Every slot on a lesson is kept for each individual person, to be able to keep your slot we require a commitment to keep your slot. Failing to do so will unfortunately result in your slot being offered to someone on our waiting list.

Waiting list

Due to multiple messages to people on the waiting list not responding to openings.

We have decided to reach out to people who had details taken, for their child to be put on the waiting list prior to April and would be interested in a beginner lesson at 12.45 and 2.15 on a Saturday starting this week.

Please only message if you have previously had all details of child taken, so we can see previous messages to confirm your on the waiting list.

Just a reminder that consistent last minute cancellations will result in cancellation policy being enforced.

Due to a large amount of cancellations this week, we would like to remind you that we do have a cancellation policy in place. We are understanding that things to crop up and happen. We do need 48h notice where possible and will be monitoring cancellations.

Giving us as much notice as possible allows us to make changes in horses chosen for lessons.

We don’t always get messages straight away so please give us as much information as possible.

Just a quick reminder for anyone on the original waiting list.

Once a space has come available we will send a message and hold the place for you for 48h. If you no longer need the place please do let us know. Once the 48h has passed. We unfortunately will make the space available to someone else.

If you are on the waiting list and no longer need/want the space we would really appreciate a message. This will help us minimise the current waiting list admin.

We are working hard to get through the current waiting list, we will announce on facebook when we are in a position to reopen the list.

Remember our horsemanship and games afternoons run every Tuesday and Thursday throughout every school holiday, Thursdays include a APRS rosette. Keep an eye out on our board in the office.

I love you so, so much.

This is my favorite photo of my beautiful wife. It’s from our wedding day in 2021 and it was the best day ever. People will talk about G's smile, and it was incredible—it would make you feel like you were the center of the universe. But what I love about this photo is how it captures her strength. She was a strong, beautiful, phenomenal woman who just loved everything and everyone.

Working in the equestrian world is not an easy life; there are a lot of knocks and dark days. But G would navigate this by throwing so much joy and love at every situation. She would get as much joy from having a Greggs tea on the way home from the gallops as she would teaching a client in the pouring rain or jumping and galloping around biggest courses in the world. It was just incredible to be at your side and feel this energy.

I’m so proud to be your husband.

Rest in peace, my beautiful girl.

I don’t want this to sound like a thank you speech, but there are some people that I’d like to acknowledge and thank. The team at Bicton, who were beyond words in their care for Debbie, Diana, and me in the immediate aftermath; Tim, Jonelle, and their beautiful kids for getting me through the first 24 hours; and the Wolf Pack for being there ever since. There have been so many incredible messages of support, and I’m sorry for not getting back to more of you, but please know that they have been read and are so appreciated.

Seeing the purple and white ribbons has been amazing. But on an even more basic level, when you’re out competing this weekend, please just smile at each other, don’t feel awkward about laughing, and above all, try and love everything and everyone.

WAITING LIST UPDATE.

Unfortunately due to our waiting list getting on the larger side.
We are putting a hold on adding anyone else to it.

We will hope to look at opening it again once we have managed to accommodate everyone who is already on the list.

Please be aware that due to people not replying to messages regarding a space becoming available, we will only hold the space once we have messaged for 48h’s before contacting the next person on the list.

We also ask that if you have previously been added to the list and no longer want/or are interested in coming to Rednil, please could you send us a quick message to confirm this.

We are very excited for the eventing season to be getting underway and it is just under 7 weeks until Lincolnshire Horse Trials 😀

We are looking for some more fantastic volunteers to get involved with the event again this year!

🐴 Cancelling and rebooking🐴

Just a polite reminder that we do have a 48h cancellation policy!!

Please give 48h notice when cancelling your riding lesson, less than 48h may occur a 50% charge of the missed lesson.

If you need to cancel please either call 01673 860548 and leave a CLEAR message, with the name of rider, time and day of lesson you’re cancelling and if you would like rebooking. Or send a message to our page with the same details.

Unfortunately we have some sad news to announce, on Monday evening we lost our beloved Amber. Amber has been at Rednil for many years and one of our most loved ponies. She was 27 years old and taught so many children on and off lead rein. We would like to see your pictures of our fantastic girl. Please send them or pop them in the comments. RIP beautiful girl ❤️
