🎉Well, this is a lovely end to a difficult week.

No awards were entered over the last couple of years, so we are absolutely delighted to have put ourselves back out there this year and today see we have THREE finalist positions! 🥂 THREE!!!! Which for a small independent shop is incredible.

💃Looking forward to donning the posh frocks and heading down to the Big Smoke for the awards ceremony.

We have an amazing team and to have this recognition on a NATIONAL level is just wonderful. Wish us luck!! 🍀

Meet Ruby 💜 Yes that’s right another puppy who visited us in store yesterday who was also called Ruby 😊

I was especially excited to have cuddles with this little lady (I might have a soft spot for spaniels 😂)

Ruby was an A* student and eventually decided after all of the day’s excitement she was ready to have a rest 💙

We’re also pleased to say that Ruby the spaniel also got to meet Ruby the Cockerpoo 😊

We hope to meet lots more of your pets in store soon! Muddy paws are always welcome 🐾

After her owners came in store to browse our range of dog products before her arrival we have been eagerly waiting to finally meet her! Meet Ruby 😊

Jess one of our team was especially fond of her as you can see 😂 we did eventually manage to get her back to her owners 🙈

Card machines are finally fixed!! Thank you so very much to all our patient customers who happily logged onto our free WiFi and paid by bank transfer after an entire day of no card machines. It’s been a tough one but we’ve made it and delighted to see after a 10 hour day things are finally working again.

Our staff have been incredible on a week where we’ve had more than our fair share of problems. Wacker neuson Microdigger stolen on Monday from TFM Hire - Whisby(thieves seem to forget insurance doesn’t cover lost time or lost hire all whilst finance payments still have to be met but sadly they don’t care we are a family business and a small team 😢), freezer room broken (over a ton of food moved into another freezer room then we’ve had a further four tonnes delivered today), woodchipper damaged whilst on hire . . . all have all put so much more pressure on the Team. We’ve been stretched almost to breaking point. That’s the second microdigger stolen in this area but delighted the driver was clocked on Lincolnshire Police camera heading down to Stamford! We know who you are and hope a prosecution follows shortly.

So we VERY much appreciate our customers being so very patient. 💞 Thank you. We really do have an incredible Team. We couldn’t ride these storms without them. I think one grumpy customer would have literally tipped us over the edge this week so thank you 🙏 for being part of our Team! I can never ever get over how amazing our customers are and it means a lot.
