This is what it’s all about!!! 🙌🏼 our aim is to make a REAL and sustainable difference. ❤️

We had tried all sorts of different techniques with our 22 month old rottie - such a lovely, gentle and friendly girl who just wants to meet every other dog she passes. We were struggling to stop her as she tried to greet any dog in sight, pulling, lunging and then growling in frustration as we held her back. Understandably, not everyone wants an excited 45kg Rottweiler heading in their direction! From our very first interaction with Laura, we knew we were on a winner! Laura was so responsive, professional, positive, non judgemental and answered all of our questions and concerns before we booked a residential with Chaz. The change in our girl is immeasurable. Chaz has done the most amazing job, walking our beautiful girl is now such a pleasure. Chaz has given all of us the tools to manage her impulses (and ours!) so that she is so much calmer and less excitable when passing and meeting other dogs. Chaz and Laura, we simply cannot thank you enough 👏🙏

Happy New Year! As we close the year we would like to say a big thank you to everyone who has supported us over the last year. It’s been a rewarding year for us, being able to help so many dogs and their owners. Classes begin again on 4th January, let’s start 2025 as we mean to go on!!

A very kind review passed along us to via an email….. ❤️

He looks like butter wouldn’t melt but I was having such a reactive time with my dog Bob that I had started planning routes to take him out so I wouldn’t see any other dogs. It had become quite miserable and knew I needed to do something.
Chaz was recommended and I’m so glad they did. Bob spent the day on training and it was amazing to see the difference in his reactivity. Bob was so much calmer and so was I!
Chaz explained what was happening with Bob emotionally and why he was reacting the way he was but has given me tools to rectify it. I feel calmer myself too!
I am also going to go on the group sessions which will help Bob and I put into practice what we have learnt.
I couldn’t recommend highly enough.

📣Class announcement 📣 dates for the diary…..

There will be no class on Tuesday 10th December.

Our last class for 2024 will be Saturday 21st December, beginning again on Saturday 4th January 2025!

Did you know we run obedience classes that are for ALL ages. They’re continual classes throughout the whole year with no beginning or end and no need to pre-book!

Use your classes as and when you can make it and with our beginners and advanced classes running on Tuesday, Wednesday and Saturday mornings we’ve hopefully got you covered!! 🐾

We take on the hard work for you spending the day with your dog, doing bursts of repetitive training ensuring that the correct behaviours replace the unwelcome ones.

Do you have space in your heart and your home for Petra? ❤️🏡🐾

The following information has been provided by the family currently looking after her -

“We are looking for a new home for Petra who is a small, female cross breed. She is 9 years old and is microchipped.

Originally a Romanian rescue dog, Petra has been living with an elderly couple for 5 years who are sadly no longer able to care for her.

Petra is very friendly, and just trots along on the lead. She is not generally bothered about other dogs, but may give a small warning growl if they become overly friendly. Petra has got on great with our dog Martha and she has never shown any interest in cats in the 3 months we have looked after her.

Petra knows ‘sit’ and ‘wait’ and we feel she may learn other commands if the time is taken. We have kept her on lead whilst out, but again, she may learn recall if the time is taken.

She likes to spend time in the garden, sitting in a sunny spot, watching the birds. She is not bothered about toys but definitely likes a treat. She is house trained and will let you know when she wants to go out. In the house, she likes sunny spots, or little cubby holes like under the desk or down the side of the wardrobe. She currently eats around 150g of meat and a few biscuits twice a day.

We don’t know how she would be with young children.
