City & Guilds Level 3 Diploma qualified groomers in a quiet & relaxed salon in North Hykeham. All clipping, sc******ng, handstripping & De-moulting undertaken, from pet clips to show & breed standard styles to a very high standard. Full grooms include: groom out, bath (shampoo & conditioner on coats which require it), massage whilst in bath, blow dry, styling, nails trimming, ear plucking if reque

sted by your Vet & ear cleaning (A**l glands may be checked if required, but not under taken except in extreme circumstances agreed by your Vet. Set prices are for dogs with minimal matting & knots - dogs that come in with alot of matting will be charged extra as this takes more time and use of blades/scissors etc for sharpening The extra costs will be discussed before the groom is carried out. All customers must sign our "Terms & Conditions" before i groom their dogs, this covers matting, styling, cancellation fees, fleas, ticks, extra charges etc. All new clients will be asked to read and sign before we groom your dog, this just covers us as a company and you as a client. In between bath & drys available from £15 (only is you are a regular client), this helps to stay on top of the coat & keep your pooch clean. CANCELLATIONS - If you wish to cancel your appointment please give us 48hrs notice of your appointment (excluding sundays), we understand sometimes things happen so with a valid reason you may cancel within 24 hours only if you rebook another appointment. If you cancel under 48 hours with no reason or happen to not show up without warning you will be subject to a cancellation charge of £5 for the first incidence, £10 for the second and so on, payable on your next visit to us. If this happens a 3rd time, we will then ask for a 50% deposit on all subsequent grooms if you wish to remain with us.

We had some more very sad news today that little Pixie passed away. Pixie was a very special girl, and has been coming to us for her grooms for the last 11 years x She will be greatly missed x love and best wishes to her family ###

This is the gorgeous Ruby x she has been coming to see Lucy since she was a puppy. It hasn’t been all smooth sailing with Ruby as she was always a very nervous pup. She was always such a happy dog once inside the grooming room, but she has a phobia of crossing the threshold and walking into the room, but after trying different methods and a lot of perseverance from both Lucy and her Mum and Dad, we manage to get her in every time and she is a lot better at coming in now bless her ###

Ella is going through a big moult at the moment, so her Mum & Dad brought her in for a bath and a good de moulting session with Lucy. She is such a lovely calm girl, and enjoys the whole process bless her x

14 Week old Cooper came to see us today for his first puppy pamper. He did really well bless him x and this is him having a play afterwards x

It’s puppy day today! Mabel came in for her second puppy pamper today. She is a Cockalier x poodle. She is a slightly nervous puppy, but so well behaved bless her, and look at that face!!! X

Little Pippa the Bichon puppy all tuckered out after her first puppy pamper, waiting for her Mum & Dad to come back for her x She was an absolute Star and took it all in her stride bless her.

This is little Winnie x She is an 11 month old Cockerpoo, in for her first groom x She was a little reluctant to leave her Mum with it being her first time, she was shaking like a leaf bless her x She soon settled though and began to relax and enjoy herself x She was an absolute Angel ###

Our Story

Our story started 8 years ago when we opened shop just around the corner from where we are situated now. It started as a small shop with only one groomer and one assistant. That assistant was Stacey who is now a fully qualified stylist! We then moved to where we are now and have flourished into a fully functioning grooming salon with 5, city and guilds level 3 diploma qualified groomers and one City and guilds level 2 grooming assistant.

We are very happy with how far our business has come in the 6 years we have been open, and we are beyond thankful for all our lovely loyal clients who have stuck by us throughout the years!

MEET THE TEAM!

Erica – Our salon manager & Qualified Stylist

Erica has been City & guilds level 3 diploma qualified for 15 years and has been grooming for 20 years! Erica is the one to go to if you have any queries or questions concerning Paws to Groom.

Michelle – Qualified Stylist

Michelle has been City & Guilds level 3 diploma qualified since May 2017 and has been grooming for 3 years in total. Michelle became a member of the Paws to groom team in October 2015.

Tracy – Qualified Stylist

Tracy joined the team back in 2013 as a volunteer and grooming assistant. Tracy has since returned to join the Paws to Groom team in April 2017 as a City & Guilds Level 3 diploma qualified stylist and works part time with us.

Lucy – Qualified Stylist

Lucy has worked with us in the past as a grooming assistant since 2013, however recently re-joined our team in 2016 as our apprentice and then went on to become our full time grooming assistant in July 2017. She completed her City & Guild level 3 in Dog grooming in July 2019. She has now progressed to a full time grooming position with us.
