Hi folks. Hope you're all well. A customer recently dropped in a Graham Farish N Gauge Pannier tank with us, with the aim of getting it sound fitted.

A couple of years ago he would have probably been laughed at, for even suggesting such a thing! But with the ever smaller sound decoders, stay alives and custom speakers, smaller and smaller installs are becoming possible.

This ranks as one of the smallest installs completed by John D from the workshop team to date. Everything is neatly fitted in the cab including our custom N Gauge /009 Speaker a Zimo Sound decoder / charge circuit and stay alive capacitors.

Happy New Year everyone. We've had a super busy start to 2025. We were very excited to receive the much anticipated re release of the Rapido Stirling Single.

This is a stunning model and features a decent factory fitted speaker and stay alive. So all we needed to add was a Zimo MS440C Sound Decoder and our brand new Stirling Single sound project.

Really nice livery application, super smooth running out the box, directional lighting and DCC ready with the option of top notch Digitrains Class 66 sound!

Hi folks. Loads of great new arrivals have started pouring into the shop since we have re opened. Including a re release of the much sort after Stirling No1 from Rapido (these were fetching up to £800 each at one point on a well known auction site!).

This beautiful OO Gauge model comes with all the super fine detailing we've come to expect from Rapido and equipped with a 21 Pin DCC socket.

Hello everyone. I hope you'v all had a great Christmas break, and would firstly like to wish you all Happy New Year from the Digitrains team.

We are super excited to announce our annual Digital open day which will be happening on Saturday 18th January 10am - 5pm at the shop.

Be sure to pop along and have a chat with the Digitrains team about all things DCC and have a look at the fantastic layouts and stands,

Hi folks. Hope you're all well. If you're lucky enough to have picked up one of the excellent Heljan O Gauge Ruston 48s and you are looking for sound fitting options, then look no further.

John has neatly installed a Zimo MS591 Next 18 sound decoder loaded with our Ruston 48 sound project, a Lais 872007 stay alive (this sits where the factory fitted speaker is located) and a 20x20x10 speaker.
