I have a dog boarding with me for over 2 weeks. We have had fantastic walks in my nearby woods. The only time l am available for a 2 weeks booking next year is in October (3rd to 22nd) so please consider booking now to avoid disappointment.

Due to a few breaches of my Terms & Conditions here is a polite reminder:

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. For house visits payment should be left in cash for collection on 1st visit or bank transfer made before my visit.
2. During my care to your home there should be no visitors to your house or garden unless l have prior knowledge and have agreed to this.
3. Payment in FULL if you cancel with less than 24 hours notice.
4. A free trial session for home boarding is only when making a provisional booking of more than 3 nights. If you cancel your holiday you will be charged at current day rate.
5. When booking more than 10 days for home boarding l will only accept 2 days of alterations only. The remaining days will need to be paid in full.
6. Home boarding dogs MUST be vaccinated or signed Titer test with Lepto covering period of stay from your Vet.
7. Home boarding dogs must be flea treated (not home remedies).
8. Home boarding dogs must be cat friendly, not pull excessively or be aggressive.
9. Bank holidays, Easter Sunday and Christmas day and Boxing day are charged at time and a half.

Polite reminder

Cats, small animals and dogs at your home (not home boarding)

While you are away and l have the responsibility of looking after your home and animals l request that no other persons enter the premises or are on the premises during that time. I have pet sitting insurance that covers me not your family, friends, neighbour etc. I cannot be held responsible if someone else causes an event that damages your property or causes harm to your pets. My insurance would not pay out.

If l suspect that someone has been in your property l can only assume that they should not have been there and police will be called.

I am sure you would not like to be called by the police while on holiday.

Any time spent waiting for police, making a statement etc will be charged at £14 per hour.

I do not do any shared care at all. Please respect my business policy.

Interesting fact. If someone uses an unlicenced dog boarder and there is a need to make an insurance claim (for whatever reason), the insurance company will not only refuse to pay because NO LICENCE was in place but you would be put on an insurance "blacklist" and may be refused insurance for anything in the future.
