❗️This post is for the attention of my clients regarding my payment and cancellation policies❗️
❌CANCELLATIONS❌
I kindly ask if you need to cancel a session, to please give me at least 48 hours notice. This gives me plenty of time to fill the slot for clients who may want/need it.
As this is my full time job, this comes with having bills to pay, travel costs, business expenses, end of year tax bills, covering vehicle maintenance and so on, I feel if sessions happen to be cancelled last minute, it is only fair to charge the full cost of the session.
💸PAYMENTS💸
I kindly ask that all payments are made via your preferred method of either bank transfer or cash by latest every Friday 6pm.
In doing so, this allows me to start on my end of week accounts. If for any reason you may have a problem with making payment, please do let me know as I am always understanding.
If you happen to forget - don’t worry, I can also be forgetful😅I will send you a friendly payment reminder on a Friday before 6pm☺️
If for any reason payments are not made before the week ahead, slots will be on hold until payments are made. Thank you.
